The fire pit was fenced in from the road for privacy. It was within walking distance of fast-food restaurants and an enclosed shopping mall. Coffee, 24/7. Charging stations plentiful: should be better advertised.

Hotel did not have our reservation. Took so long to check in. We did get upgraded because they did not have the room we reserved.
Elevator did not work and we were on the 4th floor. All other floors worked. We had to carry our dogs downstairs. One of our dogs is blind,

A beautiful hotel near plenty of shopping and dining options. Wonderful breakfast options. Large room with a comfortable bed. They also provide a full kitchen area with a table and full size refrigerator. Great value. Highly recommend.

We've been staying at this property since it was brand new. It's convenient to family and everything we need.
I gave the condition of the property 4 stars this time due to issues with the TV, a tripping Hazzard on the the second floor threshold by the elevator and the bed in our room was hard as a rock!
The entire staff were extremely nice, accommodating and pleasant. They immediately tried to take care of all the issues we encountered.
The bed however was not one they could really do anything about.
They were very apologetic and gave us a nice parting gift for our troubles.

We stayed overnight for a soccer tournament in the area. The room was very clean and comfortable, with lots of room for our family. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and did a great job with every interaction we had. My family enjoyed the breakfast and the coffee was good. Overall, a great experience. We will be back.

Everything was perfect. The mall is literally maybe a few 100 yards away multiple food options. It’s right down the street from the interstate so easy access and it’s a city not a tourist attraction so there’s really no bad traffic. Stayed here for the weekend with my wife and daughter Nashville is only 45 mins from here so if that’s where you’re headed then this is the spot to stay

I love staying at Home 2 Suites, but this stay I would have to give it a rating of 3.75/5. We only stayed 1 night. Check in was seamless but once we arrived to our room the trash was not emptied and there was a hot plate stove on the counter top and the box for it was on top of the fridge. My guess is that housekeeping just decided to leave it out and not box it back up. Water for the shower could have been hotter.
