Clean and friendly. Beds were not as comfortable as would have liked, but all in all nice place

I thought the place seemed a bit dated it was an old Days Inn. The ceiling in the bathroom above shower was peeling, and the provided soaps were not the best. My biggest frustration is that they claim to be pet friendly but do not disclose on Expedia they charge an additional $20 per dog until you arrive onsite. Over all the place was average.

Staff was nice, room was fairly clean but the toilet seat was broken and you couldn’t sit on it without it falling off. I let the girl at checkin know who said she had no means to fix it. There also was no bag in the garbage can. Cleaning staff should really check these things.

Toilet: dirty, too low, too little distance between seat and water level. Bed: fine. Shower, microwave, tv, refrigerator, ac, location: fine

Terrible, stale, smoky smell in the room, as if the someone had been smoking there for years. The smell was in the carpet, etc. It made us feel sick. Don't at all recommend staying here!!!

A fine place to stay while Passing through. Nothing around to do in the town but certainly not the hotels fault. The staff was great and welcoming and fixed one issue we had immediately and gave us a suggestion for dinner.

The property was fine we arrived there to find out expedia never reserved the room Luckily they had rooms so we stayed there

Sleazy, dishonest owner. Made a reservation on Expedia many months in advance for the night priot to the eclipse. Called 10 days before to confirm and was told they didn’t have my reservation and that they were totally booked due to the eclipse. Their listing "said stay here and "you can walk to the eclipse".Expedia confirmed that I had a reservation and called to intervene. At that point the owner told Expedia "Oh, we are closed due to renovation until April 10th." So they obviously wanted to rent my room at a higher rate upon realizing there would be a huge demand for the eclipse. Thankfully, Expedia was wonderful and found me another room in a another town and paid the $400 difference. Kudos to Expedia!

Service is fantastic, room is clean, and beds are comfortable. Otherwise, the experience was quite utilitarian. The room has a mini-fridge and microwave, but no furniture beyond an end table, a TV stand/desk, and a plastic chair. Then again, most people don't visit the NEK to work in their motel room all day :-)

This motel is what it is. No frills, a little tired looking. They charge what they know they can get. We stayed during the solar eclipse of 2024. They had a nice welcome snack bag, some eclipse glasses and information about where to eat. The place was clean and not too noisy - given that it was very close to an interstate highway. Minuses were, no hair dryer or iron. Mattresses on the hard side (ok by me but some might dislike), and no complimentary conditioner to go with the shampoo. It was perfectly serviceable for what we needed. It’s not a fancy place.

Water needed more pressure. Takes awhile to have a shower.

Great stay at the Colonnade - 3 nights, very clean room, recently redecorated. All the comforts of home - made my breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff. My only negative was the heat wouldn't shut off even with thermostat turned way down

Nice staff. Room was fine. But zero hot water. The staff's suggestion was "let it run for a while." Thirty minutes later, no hot water.
