Well located for my purposes and reasonably quiet despite nearby traffic. The premises are fairly old and worn, but are adequately equipped and functional. Staff are welcoming and helpful (and available).

Good sleep and but find out have hidden mold bad air conditioner and Curtain hide have mold lots . Waste money no good we just got started sick flu and coughing last Sunday 😡

The motel is a little aged and show signs of wear and tear but was clean and functional. TV worked, beds were nice, fridge was cold and shower was hot.
My only gripe was no teaspoon for my morning coffee :-)
Quite happy to stay there again.

This is a budget priced, cost effective, modest motel accommodation. It is rustic and wanting but a fair effort is made to make you welcome. It is conveniently located adjacent restaurants, take-aways and a block away from a shopping centre.

I was extremely disappointed that I booked the property for $480 and on arrival I was charged $600 and was made feel it was my problem and if I didn’t like it I could go elsewhere, and of course couldn’t as everything was booked. I pointed out they couldn’t charge me more and they didn’t give a fli. Extremely disappointed

It is a great old school motel that they are currently renovating. It is very central especially to Queens Park.

It was central for our needs.
Children skate boarding up & down the upper deck &
banging the unit doors.Whole area had a work in progress feel.Slippery when wet.Tv a handful to work.

Impressions do make an impact. Although the room was clean & tidy, the grounds left some to be desired. Unregistered cars clogging car park making it hard for paying customers to park. The alcohol boxes laying on walkway next morning along with the smell from the smokers area at the bottom of ramp. I don’t like being negative, but this is simply honesty.

Friendly helpful staff, comfortable beds, good level of cleanliness, shower has excellent water pressure, has everything you need at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend

The small fridge in the room froze the leftovers I had in there, ready for the next night. Including my salad :(

The beds were ok. For the purpose of what we needed it, it was alright.

The staff were extra helpful. The room was neat and tidy and check in and out was a breeze. Of all the hotels and accommodation we've had for the holiday, they were the best and most helpful of all of them.

The motel was in a convenient location, central to everything, and was adequate and affordable.
We did find it inconvenient that our room was upstairs. There was a ramp but it was a long walk to our room. One of the beds was very lumpy and uncomfortable.

The room we had was very shabby, they said they were renovating so maybe in a couple of years it will be better.
