The house is close to the road, and there are many cars at night. Also, there will be noise from the neighboring rooms.

The queen bed moved all the time. Almost fell on my back whilst watching TV.
There was rubbish under the bed, so it obviously had not been cleaned.
There was no sink in the kitchenette, so had to fill kettle and wash up in bathroom sink.

It’s a very basic Hotel. Yes there are some letdowns and parking is a problem but it’s well priced and midway between Belmont and Swansea and it’s always clean. I’ve been here about half a dozen times on fishing trips and have no problem with it.

Great location by lake? Bit of traffic noise in front rooms but ok with door closed. Good value. Large room with spa bath and balcony.

The room was clean. After a long day travelling from Melbourne the shower was only luke warm bordering on cold.

Room was near the highway and very loud. Room was separated by internal door and the neighbours rattled that door at 11 pm waking me up (as a single female traveller this was terrifying). The neighbours then proceed to talk loudly which sounded like they were in the room due to zero sound proofing. Not close to restaurants/ grocery stores and view is of a wall. Very expensive for a motel and would not recommend.

On arrival our room stuck of 2 minute noodles. The double mattress was 100 years old, incomfortable and you could feel the springs poking through. At 5.30 on Sunday morning, someone began rattling bottles in the kitchen or hallway and around half hour later doors and keys were being opened and closed all up and down the hallway. Definitley not somewhere you’d expect to pay $180 per night.

Our room was not clean. We had two beds, the king bed pillows and top of bed was covered in dust so we could not sleep in it.
The coffee mugs in the cupboard were still dirty, coffee all down the sides of the cups.
We could write our name in the dust on our bedside table and alarm clock.
Very disappointing for our one night away.
I would expect this from a $100 per night motel !!

Really enjoyed staying here. Room had balcony with views across to the lake. Spacious, clean room and comfortable bed. The pool was a pleasant start to the day.

Friendly welcome, however, promised lake view was a view of motel rooftop, broken shower head and poor water pressure made showering impossible. Kitchenette provided crockery and cutlery but watered-down detergent, half a tea towel and half a chux wipe. This was billed as ‘Deluxe’….not even close. But it was quiet.

No allocated parking spots and the water pressure in the shower was disgusting it was like it was gravity feed it took at lest 2 minutes before the hot water was hot and it was just trickling out .

No one was there to check us in I called the phone number on the door & nobody answered. I also rang the buzzer numerous times with no luck .
Lucky a lady who was staying there called the owner on another number & told me my room number & the door was open .
Besides that it was ok .

There was pool world going on while I was there. The staff opened the rear gate for our entry. Price was good for the condition of the property. Quite new inside the rooms. Lots of beaches close by. A great visit for a couple of days.

It is an excellent motel at a good price. It has easy driving access to plenty of restaurants and fast food.

The apartment was well located when visiting Swansea and Belmont. Parking is easy and the room is quite. The only concerns were bed in (1) very hard and had enough after 2 nights. The wardrobe door was very hard to open.
