Great place, good breakfast and restaurant.

A smart room in an interesting hotel. Found two excellent restaurants a short walk away. Parking was full when we arrived so had to park down the sude street. Room not fully replenished for our 2nd night...no milk! Roof bar was nice ..unusual to find it open in November.

Hotel service and staff are great. They are very helpful and friendly. They also speak multiple languages. The hotel location was great for us and within walking distance to very good restaurants.
Rooms are clean and confortables, however the bathroom shower floor could use some upgrades.

The staff here was lovely and very helpful. The room had everything I needed. The gift of the port was a nice addition. The shower pressure was perfect after a long day of walking. I found the place to be very interesting also architecturally. And to top it off, the view!!
Make sure to visit the rooftop!

Decent price. Quiet. Staff are all kind, patient and helpful.
If you are walking expect 30 minutes to Ribeira, 30 minutes to Center at top of hill.

Excellent quality of the room. Great service. Location is at the river level, which is about 60m below the level of the modern city core. If you are here for business and without a car, prepare for a steep uphill walk, or public transit. It is about 30min walk to the historic areas. Uber was cheap (~4-5 EUR) and convenient between the hotel and the historic area.

I cant even stress enough how fabulous the Hotel Vincci is! The layout and property is absolutely stunning. This is truly one of the most amazing hotels i have ever encountered. In addition the hotel staff was phenomenal. I could go on for hours about how we felt so very well taken care of. It was the epitome of first class service. I travel often and have been through many cities and this is one of the best experiences I have had by far. You should definitely give this hotel a try. I have been recommending it to all of my friends that ask for suggestions.

The best aspect of this property is the staff. They were all extremely generous with their guidance and assistance. On the other hand, I was disappointed with the size of the room, and the absence of any drawer space. Two single ladies sharing this room was quite difficult and required us to leave suitcases open on the floor.

The hotel is excellent .the staff were very helpful.parkin can be a problem location is on tram and bus routes downtown . Breakfast was very good .the hotel needs to address.the problem of a very aggressive beggar outside.the hotel every day.

Location was good. Check in was complicated by several Expedia Messages. Breakfast box of 27 euro’s was ridiculous ( 1 appel 1 sandwich 1 croissant with hony and a little unmentionable juice.) The WiFi was unprotected. The room lacked atmosfere and had a view on a blanc walk.

Property was very nice and the rooms were clean and very functional. Beds were very comfy. The bar was decent if not a little limited on types of alcohol but the bartenders were very helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was very good and worth the money. Loved our stay here.
