bathroom could do with a good clean

I had a room close to an exit door which seemed to be used regularly. The sound of closing doors did not help me sleep. My departure was met with the linen truck blocking the exit of the carpark. My car was parked appropriately, however, the linen truck driver was aggressive towards me for not moving my parked car. My car was parked in an appropriate parking space. This led to me getting angry. A lady could not drive out of the carpark due to truck driver BLOCKING the centre of the carpark. They both had aggressive behaviours towards me, so I went back inside and complained. I then proceeded to use the toilet, of which I was in need of using, and then I got to my car and left. This was not the departure I was hoping for. I left bewildered and somewhat angry. I had a very long drive ahead of me. The office attendant was nice to book me in early and the housekeeping lady was also nice and approachable. If I go there again, I will make sure to book a room AWAY from noisy EXIT doors.

Good stay. The blind in the room could be replaced. A peep space or two.

Cheap, clean stay.

My tv didn’t work. Staff on reception made me uncomfortable upon meeting me when they made a joke about my name. My heater didn’t heat, not enough blankets. That room was freezing. Absolutely freezing.

The room didn't have any chairs or table to sit at only a stool, it had a common room. We were in a disabled room so the bathroom was quite large which was good. Had microwave and toaster down the hall.

Very comfortable.

The checkin lady was lovely. The facilities are fair for budget, but the tv didn't work properly and the bathroom is always up for discussion

While the receptionist was most helpful and the location was quiet, the room was clean but very, very basic.

The Ibis budget hotel is exactly that. Great place to put your head down. Room was clean & comfortable, bathroom is a bit plastic but all in all great. Staff extremely friendly & helpful. Room amenities were good, a/c worked well, tv, fridge & coffee & tea provided.

The duty staff were extremely helpful, nothing was a bother, room clean enough but possibly a deep clean is warranted occasionally to get those items not always done. Overall very satisfied.

I booked for a single night stay to see a show at The Cube in Campbelltown. The Receptionist called me around 4pm to see what time I was checking in and if I had any questions. When I arrived, the Receptionist was so nice, she explained everything and gave exact directions to my room and how to use the key card, and how to get in and out of the front door after hours. She even found me some icecubes for my drinks. Brilliant customer service - thank you

we booked ahead for disability room. Arrived, room waiting, all we needed with bed, disability shower access, coffee etc, bar fridge, vending machines with cold drinks, microwave, laundry all available. Most important - parking right at door. Very friendly and helpful reception staff and booking online person replied helpfully within short time. Look forward to staying again.

All good except address of the ibis budget hotel said in Campbelltown and was in Leumeah so we had to get the train to the next station - just a bit misleading as we travelled by train from Goulburn

Stay was ok but noisy early in morning overall good will stay again

Staff were very helpful. Room is basic but ok. Lots of places to eat nearby & easy walk to train station.

Just what we needed

It's very much a budget hotel. Small TV, chap fibreglass bathroom pod but clean and comfortable bed.

Stayed one night. It's cheap, and in a convenient location, with food options at your doorstep. That's good. But it wasn't clean and everything in the room was worn out.

It’s very basic so if you’re only looking for a place to sleep, don’t expect the creature comforts, it’s a room with a bathroom, tv, fridge, bed & small window it did me for a night of drinking at the local RSL, plenty of places to eat, Alison is a great host

Budget does not need to mean cheap and nasty. The bathroom was tiny, it was smaller than my caravan shower and toilet. I had to leave the toilet and go to the washbasin in the bedroom to wash my hands- no handwashing facilities in the bathroom at all. There was one plastic stool to sit on, so we were only able to sit on the bed, which was not comfortable - hard in spots, and soft on the sides. Convenient was all i can say thats positive.

Very convenient futon train station. Good value pricewise. Staff very friendly.
