The room was small and a weird design, the shower was awful, the sink was outside of the bathroom, the air conditioner was loud and hardly any control, the lighting was poor and the bed was sagging

There are so much space between door and door frame. Cockroaches or small mouse can go throuth it. The water from the shower head is scattered and I had a hard time to rinse my hair.

I grew up in west Sonoma county and went back for a get together with friends from about 45 years ago. The room and everything about it was a pleasant surprise. It was everything anyone could want in a motel and staff was pleasant the two times I interacted with them. I would stay there again without hesitation and likely will the next time I am in the area. The cost of the room made me think I would end up with a much lower quality but I have paid double for lesser rooms. The unstated advantage was Costco is about a block away so you can get anything you want nearby including cheap fuel. Wow!

There was some mix up with the reservation when we arrived, and initially was told we had no room. Nicholas took care of us upon seeing the reservation details on my phone and 'upgraded' us to a small apartment. The apartment appeared to have not been used in some time, and smelled a bit musty. Paint and carpets were tired, but clean enough. Overall, no complaints.

The room was very nice. Has air conditioning, fridge, microwave, coffee maker (even supplied coffee pods), iron and ironing board, hair dryer. Clean and in good condition. Only one freak accident: when we went out, the sticking door caused the security lock to swing over and lock itself so we could not get back in. The manager, Nick was understanding and helpful to us. The locking piece had to be cut with a hacksaw to let us in. They probably aren’t top quality locks and therefore not very secure. This did not ruin our stay because Nick stuck with it until the problem was solved.

It's an older facility but as clean as can be. Rooms have coffee, snacks, refrigerator and microwave. New bed in our room. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Would stay again.

Room was very small. Worked for one person but any more people might be uncomfortably cramped. There was a lot of noise - revving engines and loud music - especially at night, from neighboring properties which was disturbing but not property manager’s fault.

stayed hete befoe, ot was good, clean and comfortable.
this time.... desk clerk was rude, inpatient, acted like I was bothering him. when I returned later to adk fir more coffee pods, he did not smile, greet, or engage with me through the window. just turned away to retrieve my coffee pods. he returned with rhe wrong amount, as requested, then just walked in the back office. I
will not stay here again!!

All I needed for my overnight in the Santa Rosa area was a bed and a bathroom. Redwood Inn delivered on both counts. The room had complimentary bottled water, granola bars, and a coffee maker (pods) - plenty of outlets for charging, CPAP, etc. The woman who checked me in was very helpful and polite.

The Redwood Inn left a little to be desired. The sheets had stains which was a turnoff. Otherwise the beds were comfortable. We booked this because of the price and we got what we paid for.

Bottom tier motel (no offense), but as far as they go this is about as solid as they come, friendly staff, good service, clean room, great price. Feels weird to give it 5 stars since it’s a 100 dollar hotel, but you get what you pay for with no problems.
