Excellent quiet location to explore from. Great staff, who decorated the lobby for Halloween really paying attention to detail, very fun. Rooms are large with kitchenette. The silverware, toaster, coffee maker and more are available if you call the front desk making longer stays very convenient. I will definitely stay here again.

There were no issues with the accommodations, or staff. Job well done folks.

I have stayed at this hotel before but there were a few bugs this time. The electricity went out in the room, The shower was not hot at all. Parking was always full and I did not see the tickets on other cars like the ones that they gave us. Breakfast muffin when I had them were kind of stale,

Breakfast was TERRIBLE! No fresh fruit. Except for the instant oatmeal, every other thing offered was extremely high in sugar! Very unhealthy.

At first, we thought the air conditioning unit was nice and quiet, until we were awakened in the middle of the night by a sound that seemed as some master unit was coming on for the whole building. It was very loud! Also, there is only one elevator for a three story building. While we were there, the elevator got stuck. The desk attendant shrug her shoulders and said, "Oh, that happens all the time. You just have to push the button." I did push the button to no avail. Thankfully, the attendant got it running again, but I didn't trust the elevator after that.

My husband was recovering from surgery and it was great that pots/pans/dishes were provided so that we could cook in our room and didn't have to eat out. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great. Room was quiet with a nice view. We paid for internet that was very good quality and speed. Stove burners worked well and there was a fan over the burners. Frig and freezer were large enough and worked well also. We had plugs where we needed them. The bed was comfortable.

"Breakfast" was not offering what we eat- too sweet and starchy. No fruit or eggs. Not good for gluten free diet. Coffee so-so, but other alternatives available. Nothing available to catch the food scraps from going down the kitchen drain. Having a strainer there might lower the plumbing bill. Bathroom door was very squeaky, but got fixed quickly when we asked. Formica was damaged, but we could live with that. Not a 5 star hotel, but it met our needs very nicely.

Everything else from the staff who told me I had no reservations ( booked it on booking.com who I feel cheated me by the nearly double rates)who also made me pay for the room a second time and in the end refused to print me a receipt..to the smells to the lumpy bed to the mold in the sink in the bathroom must I go on ..and I have pics .worst experience including the "free" breakfast and we are heading to a funeral

stated was serving breakfast. Had coffee available for a couple of hours. First come first serve on the muffins and granola bars.. This is not breakfast.

I travel 6 hours away for home to go to my cousin wedding check in was at 3pm I got there around 2:30pm and no one was there. there was a sign that said “lunch break back @ 4” when they advertise check in at 3 and I had to be late for my cousin wedding horrible service

Bed was reasonably comfortable. Location was good for our needs.

No coffeemaker in room, breakfast was cereal bars and package oatmeal, no milk, no plain creamer for coffee in the morning. No help cleaning the room when we had an accident, there is no on site housekeeping. No hair dryer. Some lamp bulbs were not working or missing, could not get replaced. Few power outlets in the room, no power strip available, only one lamp with one usb charging port. Totally inadequate. Staff was obviously new and not particularly responsive. Felt it was way overpriced for a short stay.

The kitchen! The nice view! The 24-hr. laundry room!!

I was disappointed the cc (captions) on TV didn't work even tho the remote did have "cc" and a menu to turn it on... Tried calling the technical support but we were stumped. It was also kind of costly for my budget but overall, it was really good.

Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Convenient parking.

Expensive for a regular room. Noisy guests, upstairs. Could be a little bit cleaner.
