he hosts were exceptionally generous, they treated us well, the rooms were well equipped, the location is very close to all the attractions and routes in the area. Everything we wanted they helped us. An excellent place with an attitude that you don't see every day. All the staff were there to help, very nice. We were really happy to return to the house every day, it was very relaxing. Lots of showers, good balcony, comfortable beds.

the property/ rooms are too small as compared to the pictures shown. especially the kitchen and living room very small. also, people select this hotel for good view. But they have covered the goew with some structure for their decoration, which is very sad. the rooms should be given the priority and not the outer decor. completely blocked!! also please do not go for double room. select triple room or more to avoid a bad experience!

Everything, it has the best facilities to provide a good stay, the staff were AMAMZING Christian, Louis, Vereyna and Marcos they were the best, always smiling and happy and they helped me a lot having great trip in Austria, this is my first time in Austria and I was so happy also my family, I will deal with them again definitely.

Everything was bad. Also hotel staff were not good and did not serve us properly. They were not friendly and not professional to us. Everything was not good, ex. Beds, chalet features, services, etc.

the worst staff i have seen ever , never smile and from the first impression he talked to me like unwelcome I don’t know why 🤷🏼‍♂️,, and finally it wasn’t a checkout for me, really it was like they fired me out , the man who works there he should work in the army not in a hotel. but to be fair there is just one woman who works there is nice.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean, quiet and modern, with a useful big entrance hall.

There was no system for accommodating guests that arrive too early for check in - which can not always be prevented due to flight times. No information about the area provided in the room. Staff did not inform automatically us about the short cut little bridge over the river, the bus system, the ski room, the location of grocery shops, the amazing pedestrian route to the bottom of the ski lifts. Stay here in the junior SUITE : if you like a room with 1) no views other than the wall of the building next door; 2) a one bedroom apartment that is in fact just one bedroom plus bathrm and kitchen - no living area. 3) a designer gold basin rather than one with a functioning plug 4) no heating controls other than to open the windows ... even when there's snow outside. The place was overheated and certainly contributing too much to climate change. 5) no broom or cleaning equipment for a 6 day stay.

Nice building, very nice design of the apartment, very well equipped kitchen, in fact the apartment have everything you may need, at the first glance excellent, but......

but, the apartment is quite small, the bed was very soft, I did sleep on the sofa, the pillows are extremely soft, impossible to sleep on, all the windows are facing other very close buildings, like in prison, couldn't see the sky. Very small TV, in fact was not a TV but a computer display.
