This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. Hotels.com inadvertently double booked us-the hotel and hotels.com refused to cancel our “2nd room” and provide us with a refund. It took us 90 min to check in as the hotel was trying to force us to check in for both rooms. We were harassed every time we left the hotel and returned. The hotel room was pretty spacious, but a little dated. Room was pretty clean (we had a 3 bedroom suite). Breakfast was adequate, but below average. Area was OK-district 1.

This hotel was not quite what I expected, but it actually did grow on me after the first day. They called it service apartments, but I will not call it, it’s definitely a hotel. I would describe this as more vintage style than modern, but very well maintained.
The staff is outstanding! They were always available, prompt, courteous, and incredibly friendly. The included breakfast was really nice, especially as you could order your own pho and banh mi. There are washers and dryers on each floor. The gym is well appointed and the pool is fantastic. It was a holiday week when I was here, so there were no crowds anywhere in the hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and comfort of our two bedroom condo in Saigon. The staff was superb, the pool perfect for lap swimming and the fitness center was well furnished with a variety of modern equipment. Nothing but good things to say, highly recommend.

Large airy apartment, great furniture, furnished balcony, 3 air conditioners in two bedroom aparment so our son could control his own in his room. Ultra clean, efficient room service staff, great gym, and free yoga classes! Excellent yoga teacher. Excellent location.

The room was large. I had a king bed and plenty of room to move around. There was a balcony. My only concern is that the pool was closed for maintenance and it was really hot and it would have been nice to use the pool.

Norfolk was the most amazing property I have ever stayed at. They went above and beyond with service, friendliness and help. Made my 80 year old Mum's first overseas trip ever - a very memorable one.

Hotel is very clean and the housekeeping is good. We booked a 2 bedrooms apartmrnt which is very spacious and comfortable. The room although at a high floor but there is no view. Walking distance to shopping mall. Only thing is the traffic condition is very messy and make it very difficult to move around. Overall, the hotel is excellent and will come back if we ever visit ho chi minh again.

Awesome. Super accommodating staff. Great facilities in the room. Easy to get to and with taxis so cheap in HCM it wouldn’t matter anyway. A small mini mart next door was great to pop down to for a beer and an ice cream. Can’t fault this place. Everyone was fantastic.

just a service apartment, cant even mentionabout hotel and luxury, dont know know how to rate 5 star hotel. very spacy, but highly suggest please improvingthe breakfast, it seems like 2 star hotel foods

Spacious and clean rooms, excellent customer service. Also it is in the city centre, with many attractions in walkable (5-10 mins) distance. Highly recommended!
