Tara provided excellent customer service experience. She was very professional. Tara not only helped me but there were others she was helping at the same time during check in. It appeared she was training another employee as well. Tara is amazing!

Sierra the desk clerk was awesome! I made the mistake and made reservation for wrong date. She was able thru her efforts to get it adjusted. Had a secure parking for our pickup and trailer we were pulling.
As we all hope for is a comfy bed, and it was!!!! Nice restful sleep.

My room had several areas that weren’t cleaned well. Visible smear of something on the security door flip thing. Yuck.

Hotel was very nice, clean, and smelled very nice, even the elevators were very clean. Staff was very helpful and nice. Check in was a breeze. We traveled on motorcycles, and they had a secured area to park our bikes. Loved that!

Some reviews said how bad this hotel is and I had doubts about staying here but they exceeded my expectations. It was clean, the breakfast was very complete, quiet, safe and the staff were friendly.

This hotel is definitely not kid friendly 😒. There were no kid friendly channels available. "They were not authorized"

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable, quiet, especially clean, convenient, breakfadt was great and the bed slept like a dream. I would most definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious and clean. Only problem is the shower was setting so high that for a 5’2” person couldn’t reach to adjust the shower head. There was no water pressure to enjoy the shower.
The breakfast was very good. Diane is an excellent cook, the best scramble eggs that I ever have. The grits was so smooth.

This property was extremely well maintained. Room was very well laid out and very clean. Had everything we needed and all in perfect working condition.
Diana, the wonderful woman in the breakfast area, went above and beyond I making sure we had everything we needed…she’s a keeper!

The hotel is well maintained and staff are great. The double bed room I originally booked was not available at check in but the gentleman at the front desk upgraded me to a suite. Will rebook when in town
