The room was very small. Was expecting a room with a kitchenette and did not get it. Tried to get a refund and was given a run around. Very disappointed!

Didn't know there was a breakfast, I felt like the enemy the whole stay.

My partner was in a wheelchair so after paying extra for a handicap accessable room I find that her chair wouldn't go through the bathroom door without removing the door. I removed the 2dpot pins from the hinges to remove the door, the thin plywood was not tacked at the bottom which allowed the bottom 2"x2" to just fall out. This man charged about $470 for one night and claimed I broke the door. Even claimed I stayed 3 nights.

The first guy who checked me in seemed nice. All guests were nice as well.

When checking out I tried to speak with the woman at the desk but she walked away before I could and didn’t come back until I rang her again. I got a non-smoking room. It said it was on the door but it smelled like smoke and there was an ash tray in the room. The sheets were also stained with something blue and textured.

The workers was helpful and apologetic especially the maintenance ik I got on his nerves cause I mus of called him 30x literally for da tv. But he remained kool and did wat he could to help me get comfortable

Only thing gud was da manager and maintenance tried to make it rite but da tv kept freezing and not properly playing and dey told me to jus keep moving the TV for signal and it stayed messed up on and off from 2pm to 10 pm wen another manager came in and moved me to another room after da maintenance switched tvs out and da tv still wasn't working also in da room wen I opened da refrigerator it was 2 roaches crawling inside and 1 dead in door than 2 on da counter so after I complained about all dat 10clock came and knew manager came dats wen da manager and maintenance told her wat was going on and she moved me to another room get in ther a roach crawling on da pillow so I was so uncomfortable and frustrated from da whole time I was ther was a disaster no rest I couldn't wait to get out of ther at day break dat hotel was a waist of my money and time and to me dey should hav gav me my money back but instead we went to another hotel for tonight cause I was to tired to drive back out of twn going home, so yall Sav ur money cause it's not rite especially seeing da roaches in da first room and one on pillow in da new room I was put n

dirty and nasty do not use the microwave came with your own pillow and sheets dirtyes i ever seen !!!

Beds were hard as rocks and the lady charged us for 3 nights instead of 2.
