Perfect 1 night stay on our way to Logan Airport. Room was clean and quiet and the staff was very welcoming. We will definitely be repeat customers!

We we very disappointed in our stay in August and reached out the hotel for resolution but were ignored. The room had dirty, worn carpet and the balcony was so covered in dust/dirt/pollen on every surface that it was not usable. We found a roach crawling on our bags and the pool area looked like it had not been maintained in a long time. It was full of pine needles and trash and there was bird poop or tree sap covering all of the chairs. The air conditioning seemed to have a temperature limiter on it such that it cycled on and off all night and never actually cooled the room. One of our family members woke up with severe bug bites one morning that ultimately needed medical attention. The breakfast was good, but with the exception of the coffee cake it was the exact same items that we got at a motel in Bar Harbor the week before - nothing special.

The bed was so very uncomfortable, got very little sleep. The AC was right above the bed and very noisy, we turned off and just had the fan at night. The ice cube maker was down a flight stairs, it was handicap accessible at all! We will never stay there again!

We were only staying for one night, but liked this place. The hotel was only 5 minutes from the 95 highway, but very tranquil. The breakfast was very good for a small hotel, with items replenished regularly. We particularly liked the omelette (although my veggie wife was surprised by hidden morsels of bacon in it). We went to Portsmouth in the evening and got there in less than ten minutes. This was the only hotel where we didn't try the pool, but it is nice to have one.

It is a motel. Not really an Inn as I expected. Pictures are not the same as what it is Room was clean but very old. Nice breakfast.

Perfect location for restful, peaceful vacation. Close to everything. Office and cleaning staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

Our experience did not match our expectations based on reviews and high ratings. It is possible that rooms range in quality/cleanliness but ours was close to the busy road, had a very noisy air conditioner that ran non-stop, and there was a very musty smell to the room. It may have been a smoking room, but I didn't know this was still allowed. The queen suite was very small and just barely enough space for 2 adults and a portable crib. The room descriptions were not as clear on Hotels.com as they were at the Inn's website so definitely check there before booking. Although the pictures make the space look much more updated than our room felt. The breakfast was fine but nothing special. It was very DIY with a variety of breads for the toaster and premade omelets you could microwave to eat. The pool was nice but surprisingly close to the road so not as relaxing as we had hoped. The staff was accommodating and friendly enough. However, I don't think we would stay here again since our family needs a bit more space and prefers a more updated/clean feel.

It was quaint and the breakfast was superb. The room was quite basic, and we were expecting a little more, but it really had all we needed so we can't complain. We loved the setting and the outdoor ambience. Very friendly staff and the place was quite clean and nice. Quiet, even though close to the highway. We liked it and will likely stay there again.

Friendly staff and cozy accomodations. Very nice a colorful grounds. The pool was very relaxing and refreshing. The bed was the only issue. It was noisy and maybe had some broken springs. Other than that, we really liked our visit!

We chose this property for the location. It is 5 minute drive to Kittery Outlets , less than 10 minutes to downtown Portsmouth, and around the corner from Frisbees Warf. The motel is older but incredibly clean. Hot fresh coffee available all day. Better than average continental breakfast. The pool area is small but the water was crystal clear. We were pleasantly surprised at how much we enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back. We stayed in a queen suite. Large fully stocked and functional kitchen , separate bedroom with 2 dressers and full bath. Also small back deck to sit on.

We had a nice little and quiet room. We got useful advice on where to eat dinner. Breakfast was delicious.

This is a budget friendly spot. The location is industrial. The breakfast was good.

Lovely little gem with extensive continental breakfast, pool. Rooms clean. Nice pool and property. Great location, quiet and fairly close to shops, stores, restaurants. They have Double beds so if you’re used to queen or king, this would be problem. Housekeeping just emptied trash and replaced towels. There was billing issue - I paid for all rooms on my card, yet one of the room’s guests were asked to present their card and they were charged. In addition, I saw an additional charge on my card. Luckily, The matter was straightened out after the manager came in next day. There was maintenance issue with slow sink and flushing toilet. Maintenance guy did fix both issues though my guest was initially told the toilet was slow filling type. Despite these nuisances, we all had great time though couldn’t wait to get home to my queen size bed 🙂

We had a fabulous stay at Kittery Inn and Suites! The breakfast was delicious, our rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the pool was a delightful retreat. The entire property was well cared for and quiet. The perfect place for a relaxing family vacation away from the busiest tourist areas but still close enough to go to the beach for the day. We would absolutely come back next time we are in the area!

The staff is fantastic and very kind. My room was clean however very dated. The biggest downfall was the smell of mold and mildew. The carpet felt wet most of the time and the room just smelled.

The location is convenient to restaurants, shopping and activities in the Seacoast area. The property is quiet and clean. The staff was attentive and helpful. The breakfast bar had a generous variety foods that were tasty and suited a wide range of dietary preferences. I would definitely stay here again.

My stay at Kittery Inn & Suites was great. Would definitely stay again if I needed accommodations in the area. Easily made my reservations online. Check in was a breeze. Girl at office desk was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Cabin was clean, quiet, private and had all the usual convenient amenities. Bed was okay, bedding and pillows were nice. Was a super unseasonably hot day, air conditioning was on when we arrived and was much appreciated. Room also had a fan which was nice because I like to sleep with one on. Cabin had windows and screens, could have enjoyed fresh air if it hadn’t been so hot out. Bathroom was clean and shower was nice. The included breakfast was tasty and coffee was good. Overall a nice clean and safe place to stay. No complaints.

What a great little find. Lovely team, clean with surprisingly elegant touches. Very comfy beds. Lots of outdoor spots to sit and pleasant room balconies. We did not have time for the pool but looked well maintained. A stone toss from Portsmouth hub.

I only stayed for one night at the start of my trip and was very happy. I checked in after hours and they made it a smooth process. The room was clean and quiet, and provided excellent toiletries. I traveled around the area for a week and decided to stay one more night at the inn before heading home. While they gave me a nice studio apartment with a balcony on the second night (which would be great for an extended stay if you want to cook meals) I wasn’t happy that I had upstairs neighbors whose footsteps woke me up 1.5 hours earlier than I intended in the morning (I had a horrendously long drive that day.) Though I still give the inn five stars, be mindful of asking for a single story unit or a top floor if you are a light sleeper. I will also say that they have good coffee and breakfast options including good cakes. There is also a nice pool. I will would stay again, as the property was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We switched locations at the last minute and glad we did. No stress, comfortable, ideally located and friendly staff.

It was a quant Inn on the border of the state. All the staff were extremely nice and very helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I really enjoyed the back balcony. Location was quiet and had a homey feel to it. I will be staying here again.

This is the most amazing little find. A little older motel that does not fail to impress, the rooms were clean, the service was spectacular and breakfast was far better than most of the small motels like this. A couple little quirky things about the place but the overall beats everything quirky. We will definitely be back.
