Clean facility and friendly staff

We liked the quiet. The staff, and I mean all the staff, were nice and always said hi and asked how we were. Very personable, I like that. Room was clean and everything was in perfect working order. The breakfast was a nice touch, but during the week it could be available a little longer.

Very clean place, staff even gave us recommendations for a pretty awesome place to eat! Will definitely stay again when I'm back in town.

When we arrived at the hotel, they said our room was canceled and that hotels.com should have arranged A different hotel in the area for us to stay at. However, no arrangements were made and we had to drive almost two hours out of the area to get another hotel at 11:30 at night.

The hotel allows no pets which is good for me because of my allergies to dogs and cats. The first room they gave us was so smelly that I have to let the Asst. Mgr. Joy come to see it. The second room was a little better! The breakfast was good!

Wonderful stay! Incredibly clean, spacious, friendly staff, large bathrooms, well cared for. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great, my only criticism is there was NO water pressure in the shower.

Perfect place to stay for a concert at Blossom. Nyx at check in was very welcoming and friendly. Definitely very engaging and made you feel at home.

Everything was fine except an problem between to guest in the hallway on the second floor. It was getting pretty heated and we could hear them through our room at 2 in the morning. We’re a little concerned we would have to call the front desk to defuse the situation. Also heard kids running the hallway late at night. Otherwise no problems.

We have stayed here a few times when we were in town to see a show at Blossom. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get there. Lots of places to eat nearby. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Convenient to shopping, restaurants, and expressway. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Breakfast was good and different options.

I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds, months before my stay. However, the hotel gave that room away to part of a group of teenage baseball players. The man who checked me in said they had no other rooms with queen beds, due to the many rooms they gave to the teenagers. He said this hotel has an agreement with Expedia that they can do that (give away a pre reserved room to the other group). This was shocking to me. The first evening the teenagers were very noisy (they had a room adjacent to mine), and others in their group frequently loudly knocked on MY door instead of theirs. The second night they were so loud, and knocked so hard on my door that my roommate had a panic attack. When she calmed down enough she opened the door to yell at them, and they saw how upset she was. They apologized and were extremely quiet from that point on. Unfortunate and unacceptable. An isolated incident probably, but very irritating. Other than this problem, the hotel was clean and comfortable.

Paid in advance for three rooms with two queen beds each room. Told they could only provide rooms with a king bed and a sofa sleeperin each room. Basically told by front desk if we didn't like it to call Expedia and have them try to find us rooms at another hotel. Never received bedding for one of the sleeper sofas. Had to go to front desk that night to pick it up. Told they would have to get us pillows froom another floor and would bring them by. Still waiting on those pillows! Very poor customer and service.

Very clean, newer hotel. In a quiet, industrial park type area- felt safe outside alone. Can walk to food/shop if you need anything. Exceptionally friendly night desk staff and (free!) breakfast area staff. Indoor pool and hot tub in great shape too. Would absolutely stay again.

Room was musty and moist. Bed was not comfortable. Front desk staff was not accommodating when adjusting to the rate I was promised by Expedia. Misleading to seem like it’s nice but was really sub par

The check in staff was a bit rude. We arrived from 3hrs away at 2pm. He said no rooms were available yet, and check in was not until 3pm. He made me and another woman wait until 3pm exactly to check in. I have never had this at any other hotel I've stayed at. He was not very pleasant about it.

Clean quiet would stay again

The Hotel was clean and the rooms well appointed, but the water (sink/shower) was overly softened to the point of feeling extremely slimy, which not only is uncomfortable to shower/wash your hands with, it also does a 'number' on your hair. Being the third night on a road trip with two other hotels not having this issue, it was impossible to not feel disappointed despite the amenities, and extremely friendly staff.

They are having a sewage problem and the smell is awful. Our room smelled so bad the entire time. Could not cancel since I didn’t purchase the insurance but I would not recommend staying until the problem is fixed. The lobby and first floor smelled also. When we checked in I asked if they were having a sewage problem and she said yes they were working on it but when I checked out and they asked how they stay was I said great other than the smell, he tried telling me it was mulch. I think they need to get there answers straight. The smell is the only reason I gave the rating I did. They have full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Shower was nice and hot and towels a nice size. Bed could be a little better but not bad for staying a night.

Only thing I would have enjoyed better was if the hot tub was set to a higher temperature it was more like a warm tub not a hot tub the pool is salt water and heated I felt like the temp of the pool should have been what the “warm tub “ was and the hot tub should been higher . Even for kids it was not really to warm . Was very relaxing n quiet in pool are was nicely set up after a long drive and working all day . They need a clock in the pool area though.

Nice hotel close to highways and restaurants.
