Great location

Water was brown and rusty at first, door didn’t lock, towels were stained, didn’t really look like the pictures, and stuff was left in the fridge kind of seemed like apartments in a really bad neighborhood

Staff and the convience of location

It was not clean the mattresses and shower wasn't clean 😒 and the doors weren't secure wouldn't lock towels weren't clean hair in refrigerator just wasn't clean

Staff is nice.

Very dirty room, cracked sink. Stained furniture. Burned out light bulbs. Damaged walls. Disinformation advertising. No breakfast at all. I will never stay here again. I never complain that often but this place, never again.

Convenient location.

Entry to parking was not plowed. Non-smoking room had extremely strong odor of cigarettes, especially when heat fan came on and in the bathroom. While laminate flooring was new, it sank in spots. Other issues such as spot painting on the tub, paper stuffed in security hole on door, ill-fitting plastic cover over broken bathroom door, and sticky residue on the comforter made the stay less than ideal.

I was very irritated by the fact one of the hotel staff told some other guests I would give them a ride to a local store but really they had no business assuming I would do such a thing. There was also a man who watched me while I was in my car and as I was leaving stood right in front of my car and refused to move to the point I almost hit a car backing up while trying to avoid hitting him. After that I decided I had enough and checked out a day early knowing I wouldn't get a refund for the remaining night. I'll never go back.
