Had to take pictures of the room when we came in because there were no pillows.

The room has been renovated, however, there were no cups anywhere in the room or bathroom, no security lock on the door, no ice bucket, no ice machine, no coffee pot, only 1 coat hanger, no dresser or clothing storage, 1 working bedside light, 3 small flimsy sleeping pillows and the jetted tub was dirty. The room also smelled like smoke, which I immediately reported the room odor to the front desk. The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and nice.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. We were only there for 1 night. Staff was friendly. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Bonus... Plenty of dining options that are a short walk from hotel or many others that are a short drive away.

The bathroom floor was filthy, rooms were very dark, poorly lit. Breakfast was cereal and bagels, nothing more. The bathtub had a giant crack in it, and every time I stepped in it I’d felt like I was going to fall through. Other guests were very noisy and both cigarette smoke and marijuana smoke could be smelled throughout. the hotel. It was a terrible stay.

The room itself was very modern and updated but was supposed to be non-smoking and smelled of cigarette smoke. The bed wasn't the most comfortable. I did the pre-arrival check-in but upon getting there the desk clerk insisted on doing the complete check-in process. She claimed that the check-in I did had nothing to do with them and I was actually standing at that desk longer than average. She was not very respectful and didn't seem willing to listen to what I had told her. The clerk when we checked out the next morning was very pleasant.

The management and clerks were very nice and very professional. The elevators are a little slow, but overall I was very pleased. One night it was a loud; it looked like some bikers were having a small party. The rooms were very clean and they cleaned them everyday.

This may be the best value for the money I’ve ever experienced. The breakfast bar was generous, the lobby spacious and inviting for doing work—and the room no frills but just right for anyone who doesn’t need a $400 a night stay. Lots of great dining options in walking distance. Friendly staff. Clean throughout—would definitely return.

This hotel had very uncomfortable beds. There were people thatbwere very loud, slamming doors, laughing and talking until after midnight. Someone put a trash can to in an entry door to keep it open. We did not feel safe

Cleanliness and hotel conditions weren't great. Bathtub had mold and it was rusty. Bedsheet were dirty and we found a few ants on the bed. Window lock was missing.

The shower looked like it had seen better days. The curtain rod was about to fall off and then ceiling needed to be redone
The halls do stink bad of stale cigarettes and marijuana. It’s a lot of over powering. As a result the room had a funky smell from it, but that cleared up very quickly when we turned the ac unit on.
Breakfast was ok, I think the team was caught a little off guard by how many they had staying from the concert and as a result all food was very slow to be refilled.

The cleaning lady screamed at us and threw bedding around our room when we asked for new clean bedding upon seeing that it had not been changed since the last guest. The owner stated he would not comp us for the room and would only offer a 10.00 off coupon. Was worried for my safety staying so we left. Horrible customer service, DIRTY. The room was not cleaned. Disgusting all around.
