Super clean rooms and facilities! Every person encountered was helpful and kind. This Best Western Plus is the best hotel we have stayed at and it is so close to French Lick/West Baden. Highly recommend this hotel. Beds were super confortable too, and pool water was warm. Thanks for an amazing stay, 2nd year in a row!

We stayed in the King Suite, the room was gigantic like a one bedroom apartment. Everything was clean and neat. Had ice machines on every floor and they had a good Continental breakfast. I highly recommend.

Day desk cerk should be trained on customer service
She was rude and apprared to hate her job
We were not greeted with a smile but rather with a look like she didn't want to be here. I asked her is she didn't like her job and she replied that she did. When I said it did not appeared like she did she wanted to start an argument.I travel a great deal and never in 60 years experienced someone like this. Management need to TRAIN their clerks

Nice. I typically don't look to Best Western, not sure why. There aren't a lot of options in French Lick so we tried it. We were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. A make up mirror was in the closet, i case I needed it. That surprised me. Breakfast was good and the lady that kept it stocked was super sweet. While the check in staff was not very friendly, she wasn't rude, either. Overall, we were very pleased. We'll check out Best Weterns in the futere.

To begin with, the front desk, lady was very rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to check us in. She couldn't seem to get out of her chair to do anything. I called the property and asked if they had a hot tub.I was told guess they currently do not. There are signs all over the hotel that say vending machine.There are none. We had random people knocking on our door in the middle of the night. The housekeeping service came to our room.Open the door while we were currently Annette, without even bothering to knock or announce, they were opening the door.

Breakfast was delicious! The property was very well maintained and clean. We were in town for one of the Frenchlick railway dinners, and the hotel was only a two minite drive to the railway and the casino resort.

The room was not clean! Washcloth over the tub, hairclip beside bed and popcorn under the bed, ugh. Told the person at ckout and he said did you tell anyone "YES YOU".
The breakfast area was very nice and friendly employees there.

We stayed over the 4th of July and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean inside and out. Very impressed with the overall condition of the property. I have seen pictures of other hotels online only to get there and it is nothing like the pictures but this is definitely not one of those. Actually the property was better than the pictures. If you are in this area I highly recommend this hotel!

Not great. Booked this hotel based on previous reviews and was surprised when I got there. Rooms are run down and not clean. Front desk staff was the rudest I've ever seen. Sexond shift woman was actually sleeping behind the desk. Stay somewhere else!

Had to have the keys redone 2 times. The door wouldn't open. had to throw all our stuff in the hallway the first time then go down stairs to the front desk, receptionist was grumpy. 2nd time, the next day had to go down again, the door wouldn't open. Receptionist asked how long I was staying, they should have known that, she looked at the screen. I think some of the employees could use a course in Hotelmanship.
