For the price of stay, it could’ve been a little bit more modernized. Couch really uncomfortable

Well run and well cared for property. A little dated but everything worked well. Good information from staff, easy access to unit and good amenities.

Nive condo though it felt musty when we first arrived and the tub had a slow drain. The living room and kitchen were well done and comfortable. The bedroom was tiny and the headboard was loose so whenever someone shifted it banged loudly. The deer that live around the condos were fun to watch and not very scared of people.

Went for a romantic getaway and had the best time we enjoyed the indoor pool and the fireplace at our villa

Nice to have space and quiet

Don't expect to get more than 2 keys or park more than 2 cars. We had 6 people bc it sleeps 6 and only could have 2 keys and only 2 cars park near the room. Others had to park far away and we had to drive them to their cars daily. If it sleeps 6 then there should be at least 3-5 keys and parking. Check-in people were hateful! They also lost are paper work and did not call when the room was ready! They need to hae a better attitude.

The property was very clean and had amenities needed for our stay. Area was quiet and close to local attractions. It really needs to be updated and brought into the 2000’s. Our villa sat on a hillside so you had to walk down a long ramp or 2 flights of stairs which both proved to be a challenge for my 86 yo mother. Idk if there were some 2BR that would be more accessible but may want to ask if traveling with someone with mobility issues. Pool area was nice.

French Lick is a wonderful place for a getaway.

Nice clean, quiet stay at the Villas. The condos are dated but I knew that going in so it was not a concern. Always a great time exploring French Lick and West Baden

Great place for family activities and a peaceful atmosphere.

Property was spacious and had all the basics required for a stay. Owners should consider upgrading the mattresses or at least put toppers on the beds to make them somewhat comfortable to sleep on. The villa is located on the top of hill, so be prepared for a solid 10 minutes hike uphill.

The villa we were in was very nice. The pool was clean and relaxing. Close to everything we wanted and needed Would definitely stay again.

The Villas were surprisingly clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, this unit was described as suitable for 4 people. It had a queen bed and a pull out sofa. The furniture and furnishings seem to be from the 80s and I think the sofa bed mattress was that old too. It had absolutely no cushioning/support. My 13 yr old wound up sleeping on the couch. Luckily there were only 3 of us or someone would’ve had to sleep on the hardwood floor. It was also frustrating to learn that our non-refundable 2 night stay was as expensive as a full week would’ve been on one of their premium weeks. Definitely way too expensive for what we got.

Quiet, huge space for a family of 5. Great place to stay. Felt like home and not a hotel room.

The fire place is nice. The whirlpool tub is nice (there is a dry sauna in the huge downstairs bathroom too). The refrigerator was initially pretty noisy. It took at least 8 hours for the frig too quiet down. The beds are comfortable. The master bedroom could use some darkening shades. I mentioned this to the office staff and this could not be corrected. The sidewalk security night light was shining light thru the closed shades. I went and slept in the smaller single bed in the other room because it was dark due to the proper darkening shades in place in that room. The power button on the Toshiba remote for the master bedroom TV did not work. All the the other buttons on the remote worked. I had to turn the TV on and off on the set. Sheets and pillows and blankets were clean and comfortable. There is a lot of space in this villa. There are 2 additional fold out beds on the couches (1 down stairs in the main living area and 1 in the upstairs living area). There were plenty of clean towels available. There were extra linens and pillows in the closets. There are plenty of glasses, plates and bowls and utensils in the kitchen. We were running late and called to check in (In person check in is 4:00 to 5:00pm). The process was smooth and we were given the security code to retrieve keys at the office. I really liked the fact that I could checkout at 4:00pm because I reserved the villa thru Expedia. Bring coffee for the coffee maker.

The Villa was a little outdated, but it was very comfortable and close to the things we wanted to do. Most of the people we met were friendly. Enjoyed the German restaurant and the Sports bar close to the resort.

Everything was OK for our short visit, but the bed was TERRIBLE! I hope all of the mattresses/beds throughout the property are not like the antiquated thing we had.

Views and woods were nice. Space available was good. Access to villa was terrible! Steepness and steps were extremely difficult for my sister! Decor was outdated and in need of remodeling and repair!

Great stay! Will definitely come back in the winter to enjoy the beautiful fireplace! The whirlpool tub is huge and the private sauna delightful. Really nice property layout. Easy access to resort, shopping, food, drinks, local eateries. Wifi password didnt work but we were there on leisure. The decks were old and in need of sanding and painting to avoid splinters. Walk to the entry is very tedious when carrying heavy bags so bring a roller bag or travel light.

This property is huge. Big enough for 2 or 3 couples.

Great location up in the hills behind the resort. I've been visiting French Lick since 1984 and it gets better every time I come back.
