The room was so clean and the properties is well taken care of. We really enjoyed our stay and it was so quiet. Would definitely stay again

The pool was broken our entire stay, which was the entire reason we came to this property was for the indoor pool. If you stay here, pack light, you have to walk up very steep steps with everything in hand to get it to your place. Once the ice hit, the steps were very slick and even the sidewalk coming to it is at a slant, so it is very dangerous. The sauna is so hot and worked great! One member did catch an infection from the sauna, the nails in the wood burned her skin, rather dangerous. The green carpet around the tub could use some updating as it seems very worn. Overall decent place for likely a summer stay, but in the winter, it is cold, dangerous, and the pool being broken was more than disappointing.

The accommodation had steps and steep incline to get to front door Not suitable for 3 elderly ladies. Website doesn’t picture property properly. The beds were hard and very uncomfortable.

It was raining heavily and we didn’t go out to dinner because we couldn’t face the climb from parking area to front door which was behind the buildings. We were thankful we did not bring extra food to have to carry up.

The stay was very nice. It was just like being at home. The Villa was well stocked with supplies, bedding, and dishes. We only had to bring the food. The parking was convenient. Overall it was a great stay. We will definitely be booking them again, if we come to French Lick. The only issue I had was the check-in was a little confusing due to checking in on a holiday, and the office was closed.

These condos are part of a large property. We rented a "suite" which I believe is the largest size condo. 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a pull out couch in the loft den. Set up with everything you need for a weekend or week long stay. At check in we were given a card to allow access to the French Lick hotel pool(s) plus discounts on the golf course. The Villas have a nice indoor pool with retractable roof too. These villas do sit up on a hill so be aware or ask if you have easy access parking or park and walk up stairs. Nice wooded area around the buildings. Check in office easy to deal with.

Place had a stint to it. Very outdated.plugins needed to be fixed. Couch feels dirty. Chair in living room sank down. Bathroom tile doesn't match.Diety all around baseboards. Floor looks fthy. Needs remodeled. Patio doors look. Probably will not visitagain

The actual Condo was very nice in size. The furniture was comfortable, but could use some updates. The carpet in the jacuzzi area needs to go, otherwise a great little spa area. The second bedroom needs a queen bed and TV, then they should put bunk beds in the loft area. A chalkboard and a small foosball table would also be great in that area also. This would be a great place for a girls retreat if you have back or leg problems bring your cane. The decks could use a restain with rocking chairs. Overall the Condos had plenty of space, clean. Would rent again, hope they do some renovations my husband and I wanted to sleep in the same bed!!!😊

The Villas are large enough to accommodate families, and you get the amenities of the French Lick Springs Resort, such as the pool and gym. It was a comfortable stay. However, the decor/paint/furniture is in need of a major updating to the 21st Century. That didn't bother me because I was really only in my suite to sleep.

Property was clean, quiet, and well kept. We enjoyed seeing deer walking the property on a daily basis. Indoor pool was great as the open glass gave it an outdoor feel. Our unit was clean and well stocked with dishes , cookware, towels, etc. We stayed in the deluxe unit with jetted tub which was amazing. The bedroom was an actual room separated from the kitchen and living room area which really gave it a home away from home feel. The property is in close proximity to several restaurants , casino, and winery. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend .

What a delight to stay in this property in French Lick, Indiana! I booked a villa in order to invite family from across the nation to join me to view the Total Eclipse event. The facility was perfect for my needs and wants. I loved the roominess, the two balconies, the ample table/dining space, full kitchen, comfortable beds. Even a huge jacuzzi tub and dry sauna! I loved the location as it was quiet, and we were able to walk to all events. Once I parked my Jeep, I didn't start it again until our stay was over. I love the resort, the two historic hotels, and the trolley connecting them. Everyone was so friendly! I'll be back, definitely. I loved this place!

This place has a mid century 1970s vibe. I would never update it because it is so cool. It could use better hot water, but overall it was great for the price and location.

Nice condo in a great location. We went up for the 2024 eclipse. Comfortable beds and mostly clean. The decor is very dated, but has a lot of character. Be aware of the cleaning requirements and they will not allow a late checkout. You are required to strip the beds and put the linens and towels in the entryway, remove all garbage, and run the dishwasher. Nothing crazy there, but it was a little bit of a surprise on the bed linens. 10am checkout.
The main bathroom is downstairs and both bedrooms are upstairs.

It was clean and affordable but outdated, the bed was very hard and we could constantly hear the people above us.

This was such a great stay and great value! The staff was great with communication and were very responsive to my questions. We had so much space even though there were 8 of us (2 adults, 2 teens and 4 pre-teens). A full kitchen allowed us to cook food during our stay and save money by not going out for food like we would’ve had to at a hotel (with far too little space, as well). The pool is big and I loved how it’s encased in glass - so an indoor pool with an outdoor feel. I had to wear sunglasses at the pool!

Had everything we needed, clean and comfy. 2 outlets didn’t work in kitchen, but we just used different ones, was not a problem, the employees offered to come fix it but we just said fix it after check out bc we had a busy schedule.

My wife and I believe these Condos are the best buy on the Internet.
This weekend our friends joined us and we enjoyed watching the playoffs together. One game we watched as we enjoyed the fireplace in the living room.
We walked over to the hotel casino and watched another game in the sports bar. It was a good weekend.

Nive condo though it felt musty when we first arrived and the tub had a slow drain. The living room and kitchen were well done and comfortable. The bedroom was tiny and the headboard was loose so whenever someone shifted it banged loudly. The deer that live around the condos were fun to watch and not very scared of people.
