Poor customer service. I reserved a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room. I had to purchase another room instead of just moving me, which it had came out way more pricier then the first room I booked.

Dirty and the owners are rude.

The moment you walk in the customer service is very unprofessional , it almost feels like your being questioned about your entire life just to check in. I had my dog with me mind you there website says pet friendly.. immediately the owner said it was a problem!! Got past the check in went to the room & it's almost like a dungeon it's dark dingy old furniture flat pillows. I will never get a room there ever again

Was harassed our entire stay about a dog that we didn’t have about my son and daughter visiting this was the worse stay ever then I had to pay for the day when I was checking out and had to pay for a dog that I don’t even have. We were treated like criminals I wouldn’t recommend the devil to stay at this piece of shit. Then I was only given 29 dollars back on my room they are liars and thieves and can’t be trusted.

Two men got shot right next to my room. Its a drug prostitute infested hotel. God bless all

The Location of the Parkway Inn was convenient for everything that was needed such as the places to eat and a Wal-Mart nearby. The Room that we stayed in was well cleaned, housekeeping did very well keeping that way.

We cancelled our reservation upon arrival because if an undisclosed pet fee plus a pet damage deposit making the overall cost for a nights stay too high. We did not see any of the property other than the office. The young clerk was pleasant and understanding.

It was run down, I paid for 3 nights with cash upon arriving at the hotel. My plans changed and I had to leave early the next morning for a meeting 7 hours away. I told the front desk person at 6 am I was checking out and asked if I could get a refund because in my confirmation email it stated if I made changes to the reservation after a certain day (which happened to be the day Before I even made the reservations) I would still be charged one night. The front desk guy said I would have to get my money back from the manager who arrived at 9 am so i waited. I then spoke to the manager and she said no refunds. Hotels.com wasn’t much help and I ended up only getting back my money for one night when I should have had 2 nights refunded to me. I will never stay at this property or use hotels.com again. I manage hotels and the people I spoke with do not understand the meaning of hospitality or even decent guest service.

Very week lights in the room, just a couple cereals for breakfast, cold coffee (I mean cold). There are better options around.

There is nothing nice I can say about this property.

Poor and bad welcoming attitude. No restroom facility in the lobby area, hence if you step out of your room and want the convenience you have to go back. If you have dropped your key or yet to assign a room, then you have to look for a gas station. The man at their front office will remind that the hotel doesn't have public restroom irrespective that you are a guest. Demand for any assistance, like direction to stores or business center, you will receive unwelcomingly poor attitudinal comment/reply.

Front desk member had a print out from expedia with my credit card information written on it. Did not understand basic questions like when is breakfast. I reserved a double room and the front desk attempted to give me a single after charging me for the double. Room had open soaps and a broken curtain rod that barely covered the window. Absolutely one of the worst hotels I have ever experienced.

It's the worse hotel I ever stayed at and the price you pay is not worth how much they charge it should be a $40 a night room and I would've expected what I seen I asked for the iron in the room cus I was going on a interview they told me I needed to leave a deposit for the iron I never heard of that in my life I told the job how bad the room was that's probably why I got hired lol

Hotel is a dive. Experienced its highs many years ago but is need need of updates. Late night front-desk was hard to understand and marginal friendly.

Terrible! Rough neighborhood, walls had dirt on them, sheets were stained, couldn't understand front desk people. Left hotel because we were so disgusted!

My husband and I were traveling through Odessa and all the hotels are very expensive. I never paid so much for a dump in my life. I would not recommend it. It was not very clean and smelled.
