Beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms. We had a great stay! Front desk and bell staff were very helpful and our luggage arrived promptly. Only complaint is that the restaurant wasn't open Sunday morning for breakfast.

Enjoyed the hotel. Great location. Clean room and modern bathroom. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Bathroom shower head and door were a little in need of repair but nothing awful. Small rooms to be sure though.

Staff were amazing. They were polite and patient, even when answering (one would assume) the same questions multiple times a day. The room was clean and comfortable. Loved being able to look out onto the main street. Appreciated the hotel's contemporary yet tasteful design.

Bicycle Street Inn and Suites had a beautiful room and helpful staff. We paid for a balcony room; however, the room was on the first floor off the main lobby and next to an alley. We were able to view the water, but we also viewed much of the things you do not want to view while relaxing on a waterfront balcony. I wonder if we were assigned this room because we booked with Hotels.com instead of directly with the hotel. I would recommend Bicycle Street Inn but be sure to ask for an upper level room.

We had a great stay at the Bicycle Street Inn. I was amazed at the process for getting the luggage from the ferry to our room. The room was very clean and it was very quiet at night for sleeping. Beds were very comfortable.

This was a cute place with a great location. We enjoyed watching the hustle and bustle of the ferry, but our room was just above the ferry dock so they’re definitely is a noise factor.

We stayed 1 night at the Bicycle Inn in a Waterfront Balcony Suite. We arrived on the Island in the morning and went with the porter to let them know we had arrived. The staff was kind enough to call us when they had a room ready later in the day. Loved the location.

The hotel staff was veery friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The shower was huge, you could fit multiple people in it. The location was very convenient. From the picture I thought it was on the edge of town, it was right at Shepplers pier.

The Bicycle Inn provided very updated, clean rooms literally right next to the ferry docks - couldn't have been more convenient.
The rooms were very nice and the staff was extremely welcoming throughout our entire stay.

Nice location. We had Waterfront Collection rooms that faced the water which I believe made it more quiet than street side rooms. Bed comfort just ok. Staff was nice. The only downside was that the rooms are costly. I don’t believe that the cost justifies what is actually only a standard hotel room.

This hotel was right next to the ferry port but it was quiet in the room. The room was very comfortable. It had AC. The bed was nice. The bathroom was clean and modern. The location was right in the middle of the downtown with restuarants near by. We appreciated the complementary bottle of wine in the room.

The veiws were absolutely amazing! The room was so gorgeous! Bed was comfortable and we really enjoyed the bottle of wine that was left as a thank you for staying. We will definitely be back next year.

Large rooms with spacious bathroom that included everything you need. Right in the heart of downtown Mackinac Island!

The property is split into three different buildings. The main building and across the street is the south and the north building. We were in the north building. There was no one at the front desk and quite frankly I don’t even think they had a desk. There are no soda, machines or snack machines in the building and no restaurants for the buildings. The rooms get cleaned after 12 noon which was an inconvenience as we left the room bright and early and came back around one and still not clean to rest a bit. we left a generous Tip the first day and the floors weren’t vacuumed. The other problem was the screen on the slider kept falling off. I’m not a big reviewer and I don’t like to complain but when you’re playing paying close to 500 a night you would expect a little bit more.

My wife and 2 kids (4 and 7) stayed at the Waterfront North building for two nights in one of the rooms facing the water. I think it was a deluxe or premium room. I have zero complaints. The checkin and checkout process was easy and a hotel employee helped make sure our luggage was properly placed on the ferry (and vice versa). It was great.
The room itself was clean, modern, comfortable, and very quiet. Great soundproofing, which is huge considering the room was right next to the ferry dock. The shower had great water pressure and the bathroom was really nice and had nice toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, etc.). It was fairly pricy, but absolutely worth the extra money. I’d stay here again.

We unfortunately did not get to stay here. We were called away for a family emergency. More unfortunately, the hotel does not permit cancellations closer than two weeks before the stay, so we were out the entire amount of our intended stay.

We have an incredible time. First time staying at this hotel and it definitely won’t be our last, our new favorite! Check in was so easy literally walk right off the dock and tour here! Bags were brought up to our room, I highly recommend staying at the waterfront collection. We got a room over looking main street which is our favorite! Room is modern, updated and clean! I can’t say enough about our room , spacious and feels luxurious! We have stayed at a few other hotels on Main Street and nothing compares to our stay here. Only negative thing I have to say is the pillows are awful, and mattress wasn’t the greatest otherwise our stay was perfect!

Very convenient location with access to everything. But, we paid for waterfront location for our 30th anniversary and were put in a ground floor room that overlooked the pier. Loud shouting from pier attendants could be heard morning and night. View of water was very limited due to the balcony looking out at pier.

We paid for a balcony room with a waterfront view. Our view was over the dock where the ferry dropped off & picked up passengers to Mackinac Island. The roof of the dock blocked our view. It was very disappointing. The room itself was lovely and the hotel was very convenient but I was disappointed with our view. I have pictures to show what we looked at from our balcony. If I had gotten what we paid for I would have given the hotel five stars in everything.

The property was located right in the heart of the town and was busy but close to everything. Quiet in the evenings, clean, and came with a complimentary bottle of wine.

Property was great. The woman at the desk when I checked out in the AM to another hotel was to transfer my luggage. 5 hours later the luggage was no where to be found. It was to be delivered to the next hotel and wasn’t. My luggage was finally located and delivered. The 5 hour wait for it was disappointing ‼️
