Fun time and good overall. Downfall is that the hotel is already starting to show age and wear. Tile were loose and falling off in our bathroom in two spots.

We received a call 3 days prior to our stay to inform us that the pool would be closed and asking if we wanted to keep our reservation. We appreciated the heads up.
We had to reschedule our reservation to one day later due to our travel plans. Damian accommodated us with no problem.
Our room was clean and updated. The only negative was the heat/ac unit sounded like a Mac truck coming through the room when it kicked on.
When checking out, the room charge was higher than when we booked. Lorie looked up our reservation and realized it was due to the change from Thursday to Friday and weekend rates being higher. Because of the miscommunication, she generously gave us a refund and charged us the original rate.

The lobby had a very strong fragrance that was overwhelming all the way outside the doors and was not air conditioned so was overly warm.
The room was very clean and comfortable and the pool was fun with a splash pad and waterslide.

Short but sweet. My only comment is about being asked by the front desk why I was in town. I find that to be a bit too invasive. I don't see it as a friendly inquiry especially when I replied I was there for work and the front desk person asked where I worked. Frankly idle chit chat about the weather or a sports team is much more welcome. What I do can be confidential and frankly it is not a welcome inquiry.

Beautiful facility. Pool area, hot tub, water slides well maintained and fun for all. Fitness room has a nice selection of equipment. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Nice location. Will visit again!

We enjoyed our stay overall. Staff was friendly. Our room wasn’t very clean. There was dog hair from a previous guest, there were hand prints on the furniture and the bathroom wasn’t completely clean. For charging $50 for pet rent I would think they would do a better job cleaning up after animals.

This hotel is conveniently located off the Highway. Very clean and quiet. Great breakfast. Beds were very comfortable. It’s next door to Walmart which we were able to walk to for food. We were in Jamestown ND and there aren’t a lot of restaurants to choose from unless you like fast food.

An ok but overpriced stay. We used the "laundry facilities", with one each old coin operated washer and dryer. The washer left clothes very wet and even on high the dryer barely dried in one cycle. Breakfasts done nicely. Staff friendly.

Not a great experience. Showed up at 11 PM to find that the room I had booked and needed for our stay was unavailable. Was told it was a computer problem. Then later told that it was simply not cleaned. Booked a second room for family and they were given room that was definitely not clean. It had not been dusted in a long time. We left early. Very disappointed and never again.

Excellent stay! This hotel was very welcoming and comfortable. When you enter, the hotel smells amazing. Staff was very friendly. Great pool and hot tub area. The beds were AMAZING. We slept like a dream. Toiletries were a very nice scent. Cannot say enough about a great stay!

Our girls had a great time in the pool area and loved the slides, hot tub and how both pools were connected. The pool area was very clean and plenty of towels for drying off after swimming.
The room needed a good dusting and we did find a dirty plastic fork laying on the floor in our room, but overall the room was clean and comfortable.
Would definitely stay here again!
