Great stay , the staff was amazing and very friendly .

Front desk could not get the keys right. Every night we returned to the hotel our key did not work. Informed the desk we were staying three nights and kept setting our key cards to expire daily. Facility had patched, not painted holes, hot water took forever to get to the bathroom and parking lot has holes, gravel and hotel smells d and musty. Room was clean though and beds were comfortable

My room smelled and the white shower curtain was filthy. There was a stain between beds and the carpet is where the smell was coming from.

We arrived late and the hotel was sold put. We were happy we had booked early, but when we arrived in our room the beds were unmade, there was garbage in the room. We had to get sheets and cleaning supplies from the front desk and make up our room. They did wave the dog fee for the inconvenience.

Cleanliness was biggest turn off. Our room had toothpaste in the sink, old towel on floor behind bathroom door. Found appeared to be chips and empty water bottle on floor next to TV. The stains on the carpet looked as if someone rebuilt a transmission in the room. People in parking lot sounded so close until we found out our window was left open behind curtains. Very disappointing.

Needs many upgrades. Would not stay again.

I’ve stayed here several times. The rooms are clean but limited breakfast and a little noisy if you are on the lower level.

It is one of the good Super 8 motels. Clean an functional just like I like em.

Bed were messy and had BLOOD STAINS on the sheets on both beds Pet hair everywhere Bathroom taps only had scalding hot water Bathroom was very dirty Reservation had a sofa bed included in it, upon arrival there was none and when asked for one was told they dont have any moving beds or sofa beds. So 5 people had to sleep on 2 beds Room was really dark Strong odor in the room OVERALL A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NOT SURE WHY SUPER 8 WOULD LET ONE IF THEIR PROPERTIES BE IN A HORRIBLE CONDITION

Awesome staff with clean rooms

The hotel was nice for the price and staff was really friendly. The location was convenient to the interstate.

The price was reasonable, the staff friendly, and the room was clean. It was fine for a night’s stay.

We arrived and was told they were overbooked and all they had was a room with 2 full size beds. Then he wanted to charge me t h e price of the 2 queen size beds. So we ended up with a smaller room and the complimentary breakfast was terrible.

Clean and comfortable. Not many breakfast options though.

Half of the machines didn't work, coffee machine, juice machine, we were expecting more of a hot breakfast the same as other Super 8's.

Quiet, comfortable room. Breakfast unfortunately was not an option. All the machines were broken.

Check in was good.

Very old property

We got to here after a 10 hour drive on our road trip. The first thing the last asked is what are we doing here? I said I had a reservation and she said they had no more rooms. She was so rude acting like I was an idiot who had showed up unannounced. Then I stood there waiting as she waited for someone to help her get into the system and she saw I did have a reservation. People make mistakes but her attitude was who she was.

The hotel was a nice place to stop for the night. It’s a little odd that the first floor rooms are semi-underground but it had good light, was clean and comfortable.

It was comfortable and convenient. I was disappointed when the breakfast advertised until 9 was shut down at 8:30. The check in was rough after I did the full precheck in they required it all be done again at the desk.

We got there early and the front desk lady was rude and said to come back in an hour when she wouldn’t be there. The second lady at check in was fantastic. The rooms have been mostly updated. A few minor improvements are needed like the tub and air conditioning.

Get rid of that damaged dirty old couch!!! It’s disgusting

Had to wait almost ten minutes for desk staff to come from another hotel across the parking lot.When they finally arrived staff seemed more interested in eating supper in front of me than checking us in. Room was very dirty and dated. Noisy location with trucks coming into town all night. Sketchy parking lots. Definitely do not leave anything in vehicle at this location.

This hotel is adequate. The room was clean and we had only minor problems with the sink in the bathroom. It is a very nice hotel for the price.

We booked an efficiency room because I have dietary constraints. There were no dishes, cutlery or pots and pans. When we asked, we were given paper plates, plastic cutlery and a couple frying pans. It is difficult to cook noodles in a fry pan! Finally the owner leant us a pot. I had difficulty washing the pans because there was no dish detergent or dish cloth. The window sills were covered with sand and I don’t mean a light dusting; I mean a quarter inch. When I drained the kitchen sink, the debris ended up in the bathtub. I don’t have high expectations from a Super 8 but this was unacceptable. The lady at the desk was helpful but could only do so much.
