Stinky bathroom, himid bathroom (no proper ventilation), shower difficult to regulate, really outdated hotel, bad beds, cheap-ish but not really. Super simple breakfast, staff was wonderful.

Hotel Ushuaia is a wonderful hotel with very friendly staff and a nice breakfast. It is up a hill, so there is a beautiful view.If you want to go to town, you'll need a taxi, but they will call one for you, and it will arrive in minutes. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

While its located out of the main streets the hotel itself is up on a hill. The walk down is easy but the walk back after a meal and wine is not fun. Taxi is cheap. Hotel is clean..walls are thin..views are amazing. Got back from a full day of trekking and someone was cutting the lawn outside our room with a weed whacker for 2 hrs..ugh

Beautiful hotel, cleanliness was a plus, excellent staff at breakfast time, they have a restaurant for lunch & dinner which gives you great food at comparable prices to restaurants on the strip! The lobby is very comfortable and anywhere in the hotel you have a beautiful view of the beautiful mountains and the ocean! The walk was a bit steep for people that have problems walking but we enjoy walking and loved it!

The view from the hotel is lovely with mountains and the ocean from each side of the hotel.
The breakfast is relatively poor and consist of not much else than bread, croissants with Cheese and ham and cereals.
The location of the hotel is a bit far away from the "downtown" at its a though walk back, since its very uphill. I'll recommend to take a taxi or even more rent a car.
Service of the staff was excellent.

We had gone to Ushuaia for a trip to Antarctica....the Hotel Ushuaia was great.....really high location, so superb views all around, old charm, great character, very helpful staff, clean, comfortable rooms and a great breakfast thrown in.....I highly recommend staying here

We were very disappointed from this hotel. On Hotels.com it looked nice but when we arrived to this hotel everything looked different.
There was a constant bad smell from the bathroom
The breakfast was very poor
The rooms are dark
The front desk was not helpful at all and they had no information about tourist attractions in the city.

I liked almost everything, the only three things that could improve are: the wifi only woelrks in the lobby, it would be very nice to have it work in the room too. The breakfast is not good, there arent many choices and there is no fruit. The quality of the food of the restaurant (dinner) is not that great. But the staff, location was great.

A decent place to stay. Rooms well kept. Has restaurant with decent food. A little pricy and I wish more of the staff spoke English.

Clean, comofrtable. Good breakfast although some fresh fruit would have been good. Wifi in the room was poor but excellent in the lobby and lounge. A 15 min wqlk into town, up a steep hill to return
