It was a nice Hotel. Great breakfast the only issue was the elevator stopped working and when we checked out we were told we would receive a 20% discount, but never received it. Don’t tell me you’re going to do something then not. If they never said anything it wouldn’t be an issue. Overall it’s a nice place

We had a great weekend visiting our son at SFA. It’s a quick 25 minute drive to Nac. The staff was great and the room comfortable.

This is our 3rd time staying here. Absolutely love everything about it. We had more than enough towels for my family of 5 without having to ask.

The manager was rude and very judgmental and i guess he thinks because u use Uber from down the street your broke and can’t afford to stay at his establishment

Friendly staff. Clean room and common area. Comfortable bed, but plan exercise off site. The treadmill was out of order and the elliptical was missing an arm. There is no where to run outdoors safely close.

Bathroom was a little dirty upon check in. Very quiet area and felt safe. Staff was very friendly. Would've been nice to see a little variety in the breakfast options (maybe healthier options as well). Overall this is a go too spot when staying in Lufkin.

This was not a $200 a night hotel stay at all! Very outdated and felt very dirty. Wouldn't recommend and regret buying two rooms the night we did!

Hotel was new and super nice. It was well kept and clean. Room was big with a small kitchenette and huge fidge. Pool and gym were good as well. Breakfast was also good. Staff was friendly. The only thing a bit surprising was that there were extra fees for the room rate ageeed. Might be I hadn’t paid attencion when booking. Overall it was a nice stay.

I was very disappointed with my stay! I had booked a suite with a jacuzzi bath and when I arrived I didn’t have one and I upgraded the room for it! Each morning I was greeted with a roach in the bathroom. Below is a picture and I have videos but I can’t upload

First off the staff was great and helpful the A/C in room not cooling at all barely blowing so we sweated in the bed no cold water what so ever scalding hot water for two days we suffered in these conditions had to put water bottles in freezer so we could put cold water while showering.

Staff was great! Very helpful. The property was in good shape. Our room was clean. There was a sewer smell in our rooms which seemed to come from the kitchen sinks/disposal.
The air conditioning had some issue but finally about midnight we called down to the office and a nice lady came up to reset it. It cooled off during the night eventually. Overall we will come back though due to the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel.

Everything was great. Had trouble with TV and the girl brought 4 remotes to finally gind one that worked. Room was very nice and clean. Hot tub cpuld be a little warmer.

There was confusion about the suite we booked. The king suite description has two possibilities but it isn’t clear when booking as both say king suite. We needed the suite with the separate living room and that is not what we got our first night. The hotel gave us that suite the second night however and it met our needs. Both suites were very nice.

Absolutely loved the place, even on how little we stayed during our travels. Beats any holiday Inn! Had a little electric stove and a fridge! We were impressed and wow! Very modem and just wished we found your hotel sooner then the Holiday Inn we stayed at. ❤️

It was nice not in a loud part of town , clean and comfy beds. We had to get three rooms to get a room ready for us that was due to the housekeeping being behind I guess but they were very nice and smiling while fixing it and getting me a new room. We loved it. Large full size fridge,
