Great place to stay, easy to check in and out. The room was great, comparable to 4* or 3* hotel rooms I've stayed in - obviously overall there were a lot less facilities at this location - but I wasn't expecting any. (In the morning I found a great breakfast place about a 3 min drive away - and there were at least 4 other restaurant options I passed on the way). Would I stay here again? YES definitely.

Well…where should I start…the hotel is very old, old-smelling, dirty walls full of holes…as we were walking to our room, we walked by the laundry room where all the “clean linen” is hanging but touching the dirty floors. The hotel gives the vibe of a hotel from the 70’s…which could be ok IF it had been renovated and updated at some point! As for our room, which was “suppose” to have been the nicest one…the towels that were hanging in the bathroom were dirty/stained, no holder for toilet paper, and the caulking around the tub was black/moldy. The comforter on the bed was full of stains…the walls were stained/dirty with holes in them, the floor was full of dirt and the patio door didn’t lock. It was horrible! This hotel should not even be advertised on Hotels.com. After checking in and going for supper, we came back to the room and decided to leave this disgusting place…but was not able to get a refund as the deadline for cancellation was already past. We didn’t care…we just had to get out of there. We ended up staying at the Sheraton 25 minutes away and did not regret it at all…was the best decision we ever took!

The property needs to be renovated.

The jetted tub room had red lights , made it feel rather uncomfortable for a family therefore we didn’t use. The carpet was very very dirty, walking on it made our feet black. It did the job for sleep , for our 2 days at the zoo. Staff was very very polite and courteous

Busy intersection with an old motel, a solid 2. Good sized room but don’t pay over $80 a night. Quirky but not terrible.

The building is old and dirty. There are smells in the room like cigarettes but covered in floral air fresheners There is a water problem, either burning hot or freezing cold. They do not clean, we found items from previous people in the rooms, under the bed. The owners don’t speak English very well and it’s difficult to get your point across.

The condition of everything in the motel was terrible. The beds were ancient and awful, the buildings were in rough, un-maintained condition, the ice machine was broken, empty, there were bug traps and fly paper in the room, and i suspect they have some full time tenants on the ground floor. I did not use pool, because it didn't look that great.

We had a late check-in because we arrived in the middle of the night and the staff was very accommodating!

Poor french communication with the lady at the desk, was very difficult to understand.Code for the door was not working. Room #39 please replace the shower faucet it is defective turns water form very hot to very cold no mild temperature. Downstairs my employees were stalked by one men and one women with no theets and got scared when leaving at early morning 5:30 am, it looked like there are some permanent residents in this hotel... Dont go there

Thebalcony had old cigarette butts and empty pack of cigarettes on the ground.

Very nice room with a lovely quiet balcony.

I appreciated the friendly check-in and the attention to get a few items resolved upon my arrival. The facility is clean and organized. I found the beds to be very comfortable. I will be back next year.

We couldnt get in touch with the front desk to show us our room. Was not sure about the property and the cleaness of the motel... So we left!

Just outside the main part of town. Cosy but odd place. It said it had Netflix, but it’s just the app on the tv you still needed an acccount do your own to watch.

They gave me a hard time as aoon as i got there they wanted to obly give me one night because they charge 245 a night for peak weekends... i had to call expedia finally after an hour they gave me the room .... they were not nice at all about it and they didnt seem very well organized

Seul point positif est qu’il est près du Zoo…raison de notre séjour…le reste je ne comprend qu’il puisse encore opérer dans les conditions existantes!!

Outdated and run down. Rooms are small and not kept clean. TV remote was taped together and our king size bed was sitting on a twin size bed frame causing it to tip over if you sat on one side. Only plus sides were the price and location to the zoo.

Me and my wife where trying to get away from the kids for one night. Ended up having kids around us all night we where very disappointed.Didnt get much sleep the place was not what we were expecting will not be going there again

Check-in is horrible, I am made wrong for reserving 'last-minute', which was 4 hours earlier. Manager was not aware of my reservation, never checked his phone. Can't find the key to my room, gives me the next room. Pool is dirty and water looks odd, king bed is broken and noisy, cleanliness is spotty at best.
