We got a room upgrade for free but because they gave the one smoking room I reserve to the clients that book directly with them instead I would have gladly went elsewhere if I knew booking through here was actually penalizing me

Because they gave away our reserved smoking room in the middle of winter wasn't very pleased and the owner doesn't talk English or French and then acts like he doesn't understand either language

It’s quiet. The place looks like a ghost town. I’m not sure anyone else is staying here.

Uncomfortable beds and pillows. Dirty curtains. The lamp was covered in dust but the worst part was, our bathroom door didn’t close all the way. You can’t close the door so forget about locking it. The staff was rude because I speak English. If you book with Booking be prepared to hear “I can’t help you because you booked with booking” Very unwelcoming experience. I will never stay here again.

That i had to pay twice . One payment of 104$ and another for 101$ when i was told there would be no hidden charges Im really not too impressed because of that and i am waiting to be reimbursed for the first payment

room was really cold on arrival, hotel didn’t seem to know I was coming even though booking was made 4 hours before arrival.

Great value for money. Beds were comfortable. Nothing fancy, but we weren't looking for fancy, we were looking for a good place to sleep close to town with easy access to a coffee shop, biking and hiking trails.

Walls are thin and when the neighbours got busy we could hear them.

The door to the room was difficult to open.

The place was as expected from a motel. The rooms were really clean with a little bit outdated decor and suspicious skills in renovation. The owner was friendly and gave use an extra blanket as my friend was frisky during the night. The parking is right in front of your door and the pool is really nice and clean.

The odor of cigarettes easily cross the doors. The smell was terrible, it even woke us up in the middle of the night...I mean who enjoy a draft of cigarette this early in the morning. The walls weren't really soundproof but the motel was really calm even if it was full book,

It was easy to access, provided parking for my big truck, staff very friendly and attentive. It was a Saturday so the pricing wasn't the best but I guess it is relatively good compared to other lodging around the area.

The room is quiet and very clean, comfortable bed, it has huge beautiful yard to play and walk. Next time we will come with our children. It's worthy to stay.

They need to let people know beforehand there is a $90.64 cover on the room, just in case I broke something. this ruined some of my budget plans. They said it will come back in 3-4 business days. That doesn’t seem normal to me.

I booked a room with a spa and I got a severe skin disease. It’s called hot tub folliculitis by bacteria Pseudomonas. One day after the check out I noticed some rashes on my skin, I thought it’d be bed bugs then it got worse until I had to see a doctor. The doctor said it’s folliculitis from the bacteria in the hot tub I’ve been to. They gave me antibiotics (ciprofloxacin) but rashes is still spreading all over my body and eventually I have to see a specialist because it’s kind of a severe skin disease. My stomach, legs, arms, chest, back and neck are all infected. The motel provide a service for customers and they should be responsible about it. I complained to booking.com and motel guys said that they did not receive any complaints during our stay (sorry that bacterias showed up late and I was busy dealing with Drs!!!) Also, we did not have hot water for the shower in the morning and that’s what I complained while I was checking out! I’m not looking for a refund,cuz $100 won’t fix my skin. Just be CAREFUL.
