We really enjoyed our one-night stay here. Right on top of the beach and parking it is easy to get to your room and the beach. Next door is the public beach so there is a lot of public foot traffic so you should never feel alone or unsafe. There are restaurants/bars in walking distance but not a ton as the beachfront is still recovering.
The room was super cute and price was great. Complete with balcony to see the ocean!

I like this place because Fort Myers is so peaceful whatever you go. So the building was okay, there is no pool available at this time, they are renovating it. They don’t have shower outside to wash the sand you bring from the beach.
The apartment is good equipped, which is great if you are trying to cook there.

The property was remodeled, but other than that it was fantastic. Right on the beach, and shopping was right down the sidewalk. I really liked the Surf Style store on the beach, they had everything I needed for the beach.

The suites are HUGE and the place is very nice and comfortable. There were only two items that prevented a perfect score. One, the parking lot is tight and we had a big vehicle. Ho hum. Second, the pool was still bring reconstructed from the devastation of Hurricane Ian. Otherwise, wslking distance to Times Square and restaurants, and... right on the beach!

Location is great - directly on the beach. Units are spacious & comfy. Pool is still under construction post-Ian. Beach chairs and toys available on a first come first serve basis. The unit needs a few details - dishwasher needs replacing or repair. The blinds over the sliding glass door was broken, however, the onsite maintenance manager came in and replaced them right away. Overall, great for a beach getaway with family.

Wonderful stay! Hotel is right on the beach. Superior staff. The room has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, beds are comfortable & loved the balcony views of the gulf. We look forward to returning again

This property exceeded our expectations. Very clean room. Washer and dryer in the bathroom was such a bonus, even provided detergent. The room was nicely appointed. A full kitchen including a dishwasher! And it is right on the beach.

Great stay. We had a two-bedroom apartment which was clean, very spacious and just what we needed for a reasonable price as well, right on Fort Myers Beach. We weren't able to use one of the bedroom fans as it was shaking from the ceiling.

This is a 5 story condo building that I would not have guessed is such a nice hotel. Perfect location just 100 yards or so north of the Ft Myers Beach pier (currently destroyed by the last hurricane). View is taken July ‘24. Highly recommended as I didn’t see any other place as nice in the area.

The Edison Beach House exceeded our expectations, especially given the community is still rebuilding from huricane Ian. The staff was friendly, and the cleaning staff always left us with fresh sheets and towels each day. The location is amazing. You are just steps away from the beach while also being a short walking distance from many area restaurants and shops. Highly recommend supporting this area as they continue to rebuild.
