Wow ! Where do i start The food was amazing, Very accommodating to our Granddaughter who has a dairy intolerance even met the chef who made sure she had something made for her. The pools and the entertainment team who worked incredible hard to keep us entertainment. The drinks were premium brands and there was always something to eat .We stayed in the one bedroom studio which was huge. Ok the living room furniture was looking a bit tired but not unusable. The Balcony was huge and the shower perfect. Did have a problem with a leak but Flouris Yiannaki the operations manager went out of his way the rectify the problem. All the staff were fantastic and always smiling big shout out to mohammed and hany from the pool bar and maxiam and Atir (forgive me if i have the names wrong) these guys really helpful on picking cocktails and were general interested on making sure we were having a good time. If there were any negative comments a week wasnt long enough.

Second time staying at the resort. Had issues with out a/c's but was promptly addressed and corrected. Good food buffet for all meals. Nice pools and water slides. Excellent staff. Everyone friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to return in the future.

Staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly throughout our stay.
Rooms were spacious and well laid out.
Pool was lovely. It might have been a slight stretch to call the second pool a waterpark.
Walkable to the strip in an evening after dinner and transport was provided to get to the beach if required.

We stayed with family for one night. Hotel is bit old and normal wear because of that. Pool areas are really nice, something for both kids and adults. Food was typical for all inclusive resort buffet, decent but nothing special. Service was great and very nice. They allowed us to stay at the pool and even have lunch after we checked out from the hotel.

Protoras is a class location. Something for everyone.

Very outdated rooms. The one we were in had visible cracks in the walls, poor maintenence, generally not clean with rust on soap dispenser, hair on shower room floor, bedroom furniture coverings stained and a wholly ineffective air con system.
So many cockroaches around the complex.
The mini-bus down to the beach/town has seen much better days.
Not 4 star standard by a long shot.
Additionally, whilst Expedia gave option of a king size bed, I was brusquely told there were either twin or double only.
Would not book again.

Ok overall was a beautiful experience with my family. But really not a good value of what we pay for. I mean ok great food and as a local i can quarantine thats a good all inclusive hotel, although there are few points of improvement. Everything in English.. room not so clean and far away from restaurant and water park, dirty waters outside our room so was a weird smell all the time(room 41), cleaning lady opens door with out permission even we had do not disturb, no cream or any extra amenities in the bathroom just basic, ...small things that we miss for this price. Good hotel nut needs improvement staff was very friendly and helps we every we wanted...

Breakfast excellent. .A late checkout was available for a fee to 6pm. which allowed for us to have a relaxing day before leaving to catch a late flight.
Would have no hesitation in returning

I was with my family and grand kids. We had a major problem with the water heat system so we could not have a good shower as we arrived and this was a big burden.
The hotel team tried their best to assist us but this problem was with us until the last day... This definitely was unexpected. I hoped for better..

Absolutely amazing hotel. Stunning grounds. It’s not your usual hotel, you have your own separate “villa” if you will and feel you are walking through a village. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the greenery is stunning, you are surrounded by herbs such as rosemary, lavender it’s just gorgeous to walk out of your room and smell all that. The pool area is amazing, very friendly staff, such amazing service and the food is absolutely fantastic. Can’t fault it one bit. Loved the bubbly at breakfast and loved the variety of Cypriot food every day. We live abroad so coming on holiday and being treated to Cypriot food is fantastic. Will go back to without a second thought.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and the food was particularly excellent with amazing choices. The food offered options for our picky young children as well as the foody adults.
The facilities are very good and kept clean with extra covid measures in place.

Very nice open spaces and the rooms were very comfortable. Staff are also attentative. There is enough to keep kids entertained particularly the water slides. Getting too and from the main protaras strip is a bit of a walk (uphill on return) but it is not too bad. The hotel views of the sea and surrounding areas is great.

The area where the hotel is located is very beautiful with amazing views! Amazing facilities, service and staff. We loved the waterpark pool area and the organized entertainment during the day and night!
The only disadvantage was that we could’t connect to wifi during our stay! Wifi connection was only available at the restaurant area.

This hotel is perfect for families. Staff fantastic always happy to assist!!! Food is amazing. We booked room with pool it was good value for money, only concern is that there is no net on the windows and door, so we were not feeling comfortable takeing under consideration that we saw tarantula on the walls out side of the room. My son was terrified at the beginning, but he forgot everything when he saw cats around the hotel. He was so happy to play with them. Greek restaurant is must! Program in the evening not so good, can be much better but you can always go out down town and enjoy good bends and nice music. Once again big thank you for the staff. WE felt very welcomed.

Enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and the hotel was generally well maintained. Kids loved the water slides and there were plenty of lifeguards on duty. Breakfast and lunch we had were both excellent. No complaints.

We had a fantastic stay at st Elias. We were a bit worried at first, being up on the hill away from the main area but it did not bother us at all. It’s lovely and quiet so really got to relax. The room was spotless and cleaned everyday by the cleaners, who were so polite. We took a 1 bed suite and it was very roomy.
The food was outstanding! We have stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotels and this was by far the best. The entertainment team were fab and the evenings disco and shows kept the kids and us entertained. Pools were great especially the new kids pool area. The bar staff (especially the girls at the quiet pool bar) were so nice and fun and really made us feel so welcome. All the staff and the managers are fabulous and we can’t wait to go again.
