It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The accommodations were basic, but totally fit our needs of a quiet and comfortable overnight stay. The bathroom was clean and newly updated.

Nicely renovated retro style motel. It was cool to learn it was originally designed by a student of Frank Lloyd Wright with pictures of the original plans in the office. Very clean, comfortable room, the breakfast had very good options for a contentinal breakfast and the homemade banana or lemon bread was delicious!

Older motel right off the Main Street in Blanding. Quaint smaller motel with 17 rooms. Our room was in great shape, comfortable beds, good water pressure and lots of hot water. They texted an access code to get into the room. Didn’t have to go to front desk to check in. All the staff was friendly, has a self serve breakfast area that was sufficient. It was definitely worth the price and was a great stay. Rooms aren’t huge but for Blanding I would recommend it to travelers. We were there two nights and felt comfortable, safe and it wasn’t noisy. It was nice not being at the other hotels that had lots of off roaders with their toys.

The room was clean and recently repainted inside. The bed and bath were good. I was surprised by the lack of breakfast and the TV options (we left before the bag breakfast was available). I never saw an employee of the property, so I can't comment on that part.

The room was extremely clean and provided with all comforts, that was the very first property where my husband and I experienced to sleep on a foam mattress, it was a plus that we never encountered at any other business hotel or luxury motel, it was just great and very much appreciated! The local municipality should better take care of the area where lodgings are located, Blue Sage and Inn definitely needs to be furtherily motivated by a better landscape and a few more shops around. Anyway, we are rating 5 with congratulations to the business owners!

The motel itself was small, but clean and had been recently renovated. Breakfast choices were very good, staff was helpful. I just did not like the scenery around the hotel: a chinese restaurant that was shut down, noisy trucks, industrial looking. Other than the views and location, it is a nice, comfortable, clean and affordable little motel.

I have stayed here several times now, and it is always clean and comfortable. The owner obviously cares about the property. Interiors are remodeled, although the outside could use some serious work. I almost drove on by the first time i saw it, but dont be fooled. Its a great value

This is a quaint little hotel reminiscent of the 1950’s-1960’s. It has a very modern look and was designed by a student of Frank Lloyd Wright. It is quiet, efficient, and easily serves the purpose of a place to rest and restore.

It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the room is spacious and comfortable. It has all modern amenities. TV has Roku. I never needed to see the office, because the door code and all instructions were texted prior to arrival. Appreciated the grab & go breakfast. A&W and Subway seemed to be the only places open in town. There seemed to be only a couple other people staying there, and walls seemed to have good insulation. Never heard any neighbors. Except for the fact they came and used the patio table right outside my room, sat there smoking, trying unsuccessfully to hide their cigarette as I passed by, instead of using the patio table closest to their room. It was a good, quick, one-night stay prior to visiting Natural Bridges National Monument.

This is an older building, but well maintained. The staff was friendly, and responsive to needs. The room, which slept up to 8 people, was ample and very comfortable. The kids loved it. I had my doubts at first, but it turned out to be a very nice stay. I would definitely recommend staying here, especially if you have a bunch of kids who like to sleep in their own beds.

We chose this hotel on the basis of the recent reviews. We did not have their experiences.... The mattresses (2 queens) in our room were saggy. They need to be replaced. The breakfast was just adequate. Warning: the office was locked up and closed at 7pm
