We were pleasantly impressed with you Inn. The rooms were nicely decorated. It was nice to be able to back up in your vehicle to your room and not have to lug suitcases to elevators. When I originally booked this room on hotel.com, I requested to pay at the location. My receipt said to pay at the location, but my credit card was already charged. I called you Inn to request a refund to my credit card, but they said I had to contact hotels.com. That issue was never resolved. Your AC unit in the room was very quiet. This was far better than the 2 Holiday Inns I stayed at the last 2 nights. Good selection at breakfast, but wished you would have had some fresh fruit and oatmeal available. We never could figure out how the TV was suppose to work. We kept looking for national news that was live, but everything seems to be taped before hand. Check out was a breeze and your desk person even asked where I was headed today. Thanks for a great stay.

Hotel was recently renovated, so we had high hopes. Unfortunately, the room had a unique smell, like something was wet or moldy. The room didn’t have a lot of storage, and the pool was not open and appears it hasn’t been for quite some time. We had high hopes due to recent renovations and the swimming pool, but we will default to our two more consistent & reliable options in Blanding, UT - Stone Lizard Lodge or Four Corners Inn

We’ve stayed at 5 different hotels this trip and this hotel was our favorite! All of the staff were so nice and accommodating and went above and beyond! The pool was huge and well maintained and the rooms were clean and well taken care of! If we are ever back in the area we will stay here for sure!

Found 2 bugs besides the bed on the floor and breakfast was ok they need to do more options like oatmeal,fresh fruit and yogurt.. Staff wasn't very helpful about places to go. Its too pricey. I expect more better.

Stayed here for a few days and sadly left unimpressed. The pool was filthy with lots of trash and a thick layer of dirt in the bottom. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom door wouldn't latch and they didn't seem concerned when I told them about it. We accidentally left an item in the room when we checked out and even though we called immediately after, they "couldn't find it" and wouldn't let us check the room. Not a motel we'd stay at again unfortunately.
