Everything was good besides the water pressure. And the breakfast. Not free. But also not the best. Same breakfast at another hotel.

Alarm randomly went off, pool heater was broken, refrigerator didn’t work until it was pulled out into the middle of the room and plugged in elsewhere, and ac decided when it wanted to work and when it didn’t

We have stayed here before with no problems. As a matter of fact, this is my kids favorite place to “staycation”. However, this stay has been quite terrible. My kids had a great time by the pool all day yesterday and I have no complaints there, but when it comes to sleeping I am pretty upset. I am on the first floor in room 110. My kids were asleep by 9:45 last night but quickly woken from the horrible noise above us. Eventually I went to the front desk around 10:30 to complain and the front desk employee (James maybe?) assured me he would handle it. Before midnight I was back at the front desk because it never stopped. This time a woman that was working got on the elevator to go see what was going on. It finally got quiet and we were able to fall back asleep. But 4 am, it all started again. It sounds like someone is literally stomping on the floor above us. I am absolutely exhausted and my children are not too happy either.

This might seem petty to some people but the fact that they charge $7.00 a day to park in the parking lot is ridicules . As a Hilton honors member I find this fee unacceptable

The room was nice and clean, King size bed very comfortable Staff was very nice and helpful.

Main entrance was in a weird spot and one elevator seemed to be on the fritz but otherwise a great experience overall. Close to everything. Good price. Nice features and amenities in the room.

Was not given what I booked for, 2 beds. And no solution for the problem.

Both ladies at the front desk Friday afternoon and Sunday morning were extremely rude. The property was not clean. There was trash everywhere, and the pool was filthy Sunday morning. The breakfast buffet was not worth the $16 a person the property charged. Also, the charge for parking was nonsense.

Very disappointed with the over all condition of the property, the room smelt so poorly that I had to go buy air fresheners the pool wasn’t very clean breakfast looked completely unappetizing. All the work and energy is gone into the front lobby to give off the impression, but the rooms are poorly taken care of, and cleaned.

The hotel could improve their luggage carts to bell hop carts, so my children can ride on them Also, the fridge in my room wasn’t cold enough for my beer.

Fridge didn’t work. Two night stay but only had 2 towels and 2 cups of coffee for both days. Walls were no insulated well. Heard people all night long

There was sugar ants in our room, the bar was out of a lot of alcoholic beverages, they use these pod mixers that are nasty. House keeping came super early, around 8:30am which isnt that bad but Ive never had that happen before.

Fire alarm went off Saturday night. Forcing evacuation of the entire hotel, no explanation or reconciling?

Property was actually clean and updated. Issues presented was not heat in the rooms, and the temperature outside was in the 20’s.

Didn't realize there was not free breakfast. Tub drained slowly while showering.

Aj was awesome checking us in, he really is a Gem and we loved him! Checking out there were 2 ladies but they both were helping one person, it wasnt until 6 people lined up that she opened up her line! We reported a noise complaint and she asked my husband if he called the people and ask them to stop(no thats why we informed you) then when I got down there i mentioned the noise and she said that they could take care of the noise complaint if we reported it, well my husband reported it and you asked if we had called the people! Paying $17 for 3 slices of bacon scrambled eggs and cold potatoes and coffee was way too much for sub par food, we ended up checking out early and got breakfast at a restaurant that was cheaper than yall and great food!

We were there to attend a Christmas concert at LeTourneau University. The attendant at the desk gave excellent directions for getting across town to LeTourneau.. This was an excellent accommodation--all good! Breakfast offered lots of choices; but wish we'd have chosen the made-to-order omelets instead of the already prepared scrambled eggs.

Very clean. Bed was not comfortable and I was rolling toward the middle of bed. They have a breakfast buffet that you have to pay $14 pp for but not stocked.
