Booked this hotel last minute for two nights. Close to Ferry port which is great if you have bags. Check-in was so easy. Staff friendly. We had breakfast included in our room which was worth getting up for. We also dined in the restaurant which is Indian cuisine. Food was amazing. Room was clean, staff friendly. Only issue I have is I didn’t stay long enough.

This is a very solid choice for a hotel while staying in Gili T. I loved the staff and everyone was helpful. Location is quite good, very safe, and the overall experience was positive. Would highly recommend.

Nice hotel colse to lots of resturants and bars, as a family with 2 childern stayibg righ next door to a night club wasnt to great when trying to sleep. Although the hotel is right opposite the beach tge are a lot of boats and u need to walknuo a fair way to get to the better sunbathing are. The hotel room was good with friendly staff didnt eat there at night but the breakfast was good

Located in front of the beach in the heart of everything (perfect location),the hotel is clean and provides great hospitality. Indian and Western menu plus a sheesha bar. The staff are very helpful and will guide you throughout your stay especially Irandra who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The hotel provides u almost every facilities from good rooms to awesome spa treatments. They have a couple of pools as well.
Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend dis hotel to singles, couples and families :). Staying here will make your holiday.

The location was brilliant, four minute walk from the boat. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had breakfast included, which was nice but limited choice. We ate in the restaurant twice, the Indian cuisine was amazing, definitely recommend. Whist on the island we had a couple of massages, but found the spa in the hotel was one of the best we had. When we booked Pesona, we didn't realise it was also a dive centre, so the only small downside for us, was that the pool in the resort was used for practice diving each day. Overall a fab hotel. Thank you :)

Only draw back was terrible Wi-Fi. Loved the pool area and restaurant/bar. Spa was fantastic. Pretty loud dj on Friday/Saturday nights.

Staff were fantastic - always helpful and gave good advice. Room was large and clean with great aircon. Pool area and bar area are nice and food is good. Spa treatments were also great.

The room was OK, but from the pictures it looked like much better. Once in it, it was small, there were no closets... We asked for a room for 4 people and it was small and not really comfortable.

The room was not at all spacious. Also there is no phone in the room. The air con was not working and hence everytime I had to move out of my room and go to reception to complain. In my 3 day stay air con was repaired 3 times. Limited food options. In breakfast menu vegetarians have only 1 option of fruit plate. Overall very disappointed with the place.

I was emailed that my room was ready. Upon arrival we were told its not ready. The hotel is near many bars and restaurants. If you want to dive come here. I dont want to dive so this hotel was VERY unpleasant. No beach to swim, loud blazing sounds from nearby bars until 3am, and the bathroom smelled like URINE! We asked many times for it to be cleaned properly but the smell was still there. We stayed 3 nights and I wish we chose another hotel. The breakfast is decent and fresh. Staff was very helpful and nice. I would not stay here again.

The room we booked was not good (room no7, standard room). The bed was not comfortable and the bathroom was smelly and old. We requested a change and luckily one of the bungalows was available. They very kindly changed us to that room without charging us extra. Here the beds are comfortable and the bathroom much better. The breakfast is ok for a couple of days, but it is not very varied. You have to choose between egg and toast, fruit salad or pancake, all including a coffee/tea, orange juice (not fresh) and small fruit salad. The hotel pool is meant for diving lessons but can be used outside diving hours.

The hotel is great. Really close to the harbour and the night market. Perfect location! The price was really cheap for the facilities we got. We took the twin bed room. The room was a bit old, but still ok. And the pool was also used for diving course, so it couldn't have been a good place to chill out with friends. The breakfast was ok. And i love the staffs. They're really friendly and helpful. If i go to gili T again, i'll make sure that i'll stay here again!
