We were on time for check in, it took 2 hours to checkin because no rooms were available at 3 pm. Water was luke warm at best. Pool was freezing. Breakfast was meh. But the worst was when housekeeping just barged in our room a day before checkout unannounced.

Arrived at 345 pm to check in and the room was not ready. Lobby was full of people and the poor lady working the counter was doing her best to keep everyone happy and talk to everyone. Finally checked in after 4pm and got to the room to find a sticky and dirty bedside table, sheets had stains or were dirty, and the towels were the same. Overall not a clean visit and we wouldn’t stay again.

The hotel was GREAT!! Service and cleanliness. The room was spacious, comfortable and had great amenities. The hot water in the sink got hotter than the shower water. It was just warm. Order than that, I have no complaints whatsoever. I will most definitely be back

Everything was great! Our only complaint would be that we couldn’t get connected to the free Wi-Fi and we requested a smoke free room and someone had definitely smoked in the room. But other than those two things everything was phenomenal and we will stay here again.

The stay was ok. For as high as my room was you would have expected the curtain to come together and give you privacy. Also the beds slept horrible. They had a pool but it was cold and a federal agency could watch u swim. It was a clean hotel with an ok breakfast

We had a great stay. There was a little issue in the beginning, the Internet was down and they weren't able to make keys or get into the reservations. But they figured out how to get us in a room and everything was fine after that. The breakfast was great, lots of options. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Even though there were two buses of middle schoolers, it was probably the quietest hotel stay I've ever had.

I liked our pet accommodation, clean gym with working equipment. Clean well kept carpet throughout. Swim pool appeared clean. Front desk assistance very nice, welcoming. Clean elevators. Free breakfast offering.

Housekeeping only came to the room one time during my entire stay to clean the room even though it says they'll visit every other day. I had to constantly call and ask for new towels or toilet paper because they hardly brought any to my room. Called the front desk to ask for towels and they had me come down to get them because they didnt feel like coming to the room.

We love staying here when we visit family. It is located near the mall and great restaurants. The hotel is always very clean and the staff is very friendly. The free breakfast is great, too!

Anytime we come to visit my wife's family, we always make it our buainess to stay here. Not only because of the location but the hotel has always been nice, safe and clean.
Although, this go around, from Saturday to Tuesday morning check-out housekeeping didn't stop by to change out towels. We kind of just figured it was due to being Christmas. Beyond that always a good stay!

Stay here several times a year. Breakfast quality had been slipping as has the cleanliness of the property. The back parking area seems less safe with people smoking weed in their vehicles and young people running around the lot.

The onky negative, i arrived early and they didn't have any rooms ready. A few hours later. I got my room and ibwas really impressed. The smell was clean, the room wasnspotless. Nice bed. Bathroom facilities were very good. For the price i really got my money's woth.

Can't get hot water in the bathroom sink. Shower seems to be OK just turning the water on, but letting the sink run for several minutes never got any hot water no matter which way you turned the faucet.
