Very comfortable hotel, parking provided, excellent breakfast. Restaurant dinner only average with very loud music. Mersin surroundings rather sterile and uninteresting, but hotel itself was very comfortable, would recommend.

Great hotel with great staff

Amazing stay. Truely five star. I was upgraded to a seaview room with no extra charge. Everybody from bellboy/security, front desk, restaurant staff was friendly and caring. The location cant be any better. In the heart of the centre of most nicest pocket of mersin. You can go for a walk at the board walk by mediterranean sea which feels like miami without drugs and loud music. Wont feel like stop walking. The restaurant was amazing on the 14th floor rooftop with a to die for view. Breakfast had lots of choice. The restaurant manager came in, introduced himself and offered a complimentary omlette that was not in buffet. Made me feel very comfortable despite not knowing any turkish language. And by the way, they are the only facility i found in my 1 week stay in mersin where everyone spoke moderate to good english. Everywhere else, i had to use google translator. So good job divan management for training your staff and making the foreign guests feel comfortable.

The service, cleanliness and staff were amazing! I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel. Spa facilities are top-notch too.

It was very nice, they upgraded us to a Terrence room it was a very nice hotel unfortunately it was just one night trip! If ever back in Mersin diffidently would love to stay at this hotel again!

Very nice clean and modern property, beautiful sea view

While I have attended events in Divan hotels in the past (meetings, workshops) this was the first time that I have actually stayed in of the hotels. While it was short, it was very comfortable, hustle free and enjoyable.

Excellent hotel, would highly recommend it. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the property was super clean. We had a room with seaview and it was perfect.

Loved the location and view. Amenities were excellent as well. Spa services were well organised and professional. Room was generally clean, with only small areas with some dust. Shower soaps were replenished daily. Staff were helpful, and room service was excellent. For those who get hungry easily - room service meals are 24/7 and reasonably priced for a 5-star hotel (paid about $10 for lentil soup and bolognese - inclusive of lots of bread). Overall, would stay again.

Nice hotel , safe and clean with friendly staff

I can’t say enough about this hotel. We stayed in one of their suite rooms and it was breathtaking. It was so spacious (TWO bathrooms, I fell in love) and the hotel staff had left a plate of complementary fruit and sweets. We visited their spa downstairs during our stay and the pool and steam rooms were so nice. Bonus to everything? Their staff in every department of the hotel were so friendly, attentive, and sweet. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommend to my friends.

Just bed no confortable ☹️

We couldn’t sleep, because next door guests was too loud all night. We informed the hotel, but they couldn’t address this issue. We had to listen next door’s intimate voices all night. We woke up very tired the next day.

What can i say ? How do i start ? Lovely so lovely , i really loved the place i felt home especially with the sweet lady who owns the place you will feel you are home the minute you meet her. İ can never forget that lovely breakfast she made for me and the great friendly goodbye she gave me i will defenately be back

Upon check-in the staff informed me the checkout is 12pm, when I requested a later check out the best he could do was offer me till 1:30pm even though I needed more time, usually other VIP access hotels grant me till 4pm. Moreover they did not upgrade my room even though the hotel was not at full capacity since I arrived at 1am and the parking lot was more than half empty.

Everything was great, but make sure you take a hair cap to spa if you plan to swim. Otherwise you can buy from spa desk.

It was amazing

If you want me sleep at nights don’t stay at this hotel. I was on the 11th floor all I could hear was music from the 15th floor loud and clearly till 12 am. Didn’t receive a room upgrade as I am a gold member. Even though they had room to upgrade me.

I was very happy to stay in Divan hotel but same time in my room was missing clean and water.

Hotel is new and clean but it is impressive that they found the most uncomfortable pillows and hardest beds ever made :) Bar has great view but serve mediocre cocktails.
