The hotel was very clean and the customer service at check-in was fantastic!
Our favorite part was the pool. The main pool was nicely heated so we were able to take the kids swimming for several hours and everyone was comfortable. It was the cleanest pool area we have ever seen in a hotel. Though we didn’t use the gym, it was also really nice with high end equipment. Hot breakfast items was a plus as well. We will definitely come back to this hotel!

We enjoyed our stay. It was the best hotel we stayed in during our week road trip. Clean, quiet, and well priced. Loved the jetted pool. Only problem we had was the TV and phone didn't work.

One night overnight stay, while touring. The receptionist who checked us in wasn’t very helpful, but all the other staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was large and the bathroom had a big walk in shower. The room was clean, but we did notice some stains on the sofa! Breakfast was good. If you stay in Scotsbluff this place is the best option I think!

The staff was nice but the hot tub was out of service, the guest laundry dryer broke just as I was putting laundry in it, and both are shower tub and bathroom sink were clogged.

It was a nice 2 day stay, everything was really good. Just didn’t like there were some stains on the walls. But overall everything was great from the hotel room to the staff was wonderful.

At check in we were told the hot tub was broken. Then they told me my card was declined. It was not. The room was already paid for before we arrived. The shower had no shower mat so it was very slippey. It also wasnt draining properly. We will stay down the road from now on.

I only stayed one night. The ice machine on my floor (3rd) was broken, the one on the 2nd floor was out of service. The hot tub was not open as it was being fixed. My room was out of shampoo - I didn’t realize until I was in the shower. I asked if I could be on the first floor and I was on the top floor at the last room at the end of the hall. The back stairs had carpet that was pulling away from the steps in a significant way, and finally, the back door key fob wasn’t working. Of course I parked by that door and once I went out I had to go all of the way around to the front door. I told the guy at the front desk and he just laughed and said that he thinks some batteries need to be replaced - but he made not effort to fix it.

We had requested a late check out for 2:00, we were told no problem. Then on day we wanted the late check out we were told we were to have confirmed that morning, they apologized stating a new employee did not let me know. This was disappointing, the rest of the stay was good.

Hot tub closed for what looks like a repair that will take a while. Should have been given a notification as hot tub was on our list after very long driving day. We would have gone to another hotel.

We encountered a minor obstacle during check-in but the manager was very accommodating and offered excellent follow up to make sure all went well.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were great. The breakfast was the best continental we’ve had and we’ve been traveling for 3 weeks! Outstanding quiche option! Loved it so much I went back for seconds!

Only issue was with other guests making loud noises late into the night.

Community was great, hotel for the price was roomie but had a smell which explains why the window was open. Wasn't going to complain since I probably wouldn't get a room of the same size. We as a family spent much more on the room thinking it would be a good experience but with the smell we got ripped off and won't stay in a family room again. Only an actual Marriott will we go to from now on.
