I was charged for breakfast but my reservation was supposed to cover that. Also I had to ask to clean the room.

They charged me for breakfast. I thought it was included. Also, I had to ask on third day to clean room. They didn’t clean every day!

Do yourself a favour if you do book this hotel and pay for the breakfast at 4 Euros. It's a lovely buffet spread with greek coffee, espresso machine coffee and very delicious omelette among other things and so worth the amount. And the design of the dining area is very homely.

This is a small family run hotel. Essentially it is very basic on amenities and the rooms are generally very small, my room for example room 108 was extremely small but it did have a very nice balcony. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly. The breakfast is very nice with lots of choice and even an attempt at an "English" breakfast. The rooms are very basic with no tea and coffee facilities ( not in mine anyway) a basic fridge and air conditioning. The bed was ok but I found it a bit uncomfortable but then I have memory foam at home so couldn't match that. Rooms, sheets, towels attended to daily. The location is very good for both the beach and the town being only a couple of minutes from town and 1 minute to the beach. The road is reasonably quiet traffic-wise ( for Greece). I would say for a couple who don't spend much time in the room then it would be a decent choice but if you are used to high levels and amenities then probably try elsewhere. I was satisfied.

Good locatio - just two blocks away from the square but the bathroom is ridiculous small !

We stayed here for 2 nights and we love it. The room is clean and cozy with great facilities. The staffs were very nice and helped us a lot to solve our problems during the trip. The location is quite convenient. It's just 1 minutes to the beach and also close to the center, so we could do some shopping at night. We really enjoyed our stay there!

Great location friendly family run hotel spoke little English and gave little information to what was happening or any activities in the time we was there.

People at the reception desk is nice.

Great value budget hotel in Zakynthos Town, just a minute to the shops and even less to the waterfront. Helpful staff, spacious room. My only gripe would be the ensuite layout and fittings were a little scruffy and that the shower curtain caused the floor to flood when taking a shower.
