A Good accommodation for the money, no frills. About 12 yrs ago, when a complete renovation was underway at the Deluxe Inn, I gave my stay 5-Stars. Recently I was traveling on I-10 and needed to stay in Ft. Stockton so I thought I would stay at the Deluxe Inn again. The staff were welcoming and parking was outside my door. The good size room had two double beds, refrigerator and microwave. Both the room, bathroom, towels and linens were clean. But everything since my first stay was showing its age. But, for the rate, it is a good accommodation for a good night’s sleep. Yes, I would return.

It worked for us nice accommodations for the price, friendly staff, quite. We have stayed here 4 times and will do again.

The Staff was fantastic , check in was a breeze , and when we had an issue with tv the staff came right down to rectify it . The room was clean , however there was a leak in the bathroom (I placed towels to dry up ) and the faucet on the sink was stripped only allowing to get hot water only

Definitely no frills but everything was fine -- no complaints. Only thing that was annoying was having t ok follow in the personal info form by hand -- to bad most of this information couldn't have been carried over from Expedia. When you're tired this is tedious.

We arrived very late at night and the lady who checked us in was tired but was very kind and helpful. She answered questions about the area and where to eat. Very knowledgeable. Room was very clean and property well kept up.

I made a trip to Fort Stockton and stayed at Deluxe Inn. It was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. The room was also well appointed, comfortable, and quiet.

Never received a confirmation so I booked elsewhere. I better not have been charged😡

I stayed here for 1 night while passing through Fort Stockton and was very impressed with the room. It was clean and comfortable with updated appliances, and I enjoyed my best night's sleep on my trip. Friendly staff, too. The motel is also within walking distance of the historic Main Street and a large park, which I took advantage of to stretch my legs. I would definitely stay here again.

Inexpensive but worn out property.

The air conditioning did not work and there was no hot water not even like warm water in the shower I ran the shower for over 15 minutes no hot water

Friendly check-in and a reasonably good location. Unfortunately, this motel is about 30 years past its prime. If you’re just passing through and just need a place to sleep this should be ok. But if you’re staying a few days or longer and want comfortable amenities like a pool, better furniture in the rooms, etc., you probably won’t be happy here. I got the feeling that the owners might be trying to turn this place around and if that’s the case, I wish them good luck.

This hotel was such a bargain! It was very clean and the shower was great! (Actual water pressure!) The microwave and fridge were very handy for reheating dinner. The beds were firmer than I am used to but I still slept haha. Don't expect super fluffy towels for this price, but they were clean and did the job. I will definitely stay here again.

Heading west from San Antonio post eclipse (along with half the population of California, apparently) but was able to get a room here at the last minute.

Quite comfortable, host was friendly & helpful.

While there were no bed bug, and the linens seemed clean, the walls, doors, and furniture were FILTHy. The one chair in the room is fabric upholstered, and it was discolored and covered in grease stains. The door in and out of the bathroom was painted white-and it was covered in greasy dirt, and had clearly not been cleaned in a long time, let a line routinely. The carpets, windows, and wall all reflected the same lack of attention. You can park right outside your room, but depending on which side of the road you’re on, the sound from the road is jarring. While the woman at the desk was polite and kind, everything was done through a TINY window, low tech, and insecure for everyone except her.

This is an old-fashioned motor hotel facility. Simple, spartan, and clean. The clerk was amiable. One ceiling light didn't work and there were no hangers.

We were driving back from a week of spring training baseball in Arizona to Houston We only arrived late 11 PM yet the night attendant was very helpful Like like the other reviews it is, an older motel, but we were pleased how clean the rooms were and comfortable and affordable

Older motel but the bed was comfortable and the room and restroom was clean.
