Pros: clean room, staffs are polite and professional, walking distance to the bus station and to the touristy areas Cons: Thw was not working, staff apologized and said its programmed on heating at the moment and she provided me with a fan. Bathroom size is really very small and inconvenient. No napkins in the room (just toilet papers). No coffee maker in the room The complimentary breakfast would be nicer if it can be an open buffet style instead of by order, it was nice, but lower quality in comparison to other 4 star hotels Overall, i would rate the hotel and the service as 3 stars hotel

Had a great stay at Port In Hotel. Nice room, good location, nice staff and modern facilities. Breakfast could have been a bit better, but still quite decent. Would not have any hesitate to go back

My partner and I stayed at the Porto In for 1 night. Staff was very pleasant, rooms are air conditioned and quite big. Bed was comfortable and walk in shower was powerful. The hotel was easy to find and it’s also very conveniently located near the old town in Kotor. There were a few negatives during our stay: * There was no toilet roll available upon arrival, the receptionist provided small sheets of toilet paper instead. * Rooms are a little out dated and the carpet had a lot of stains. * We stayed in a room at the front of the hotel facing the main road and the windows are not sound proof. So if you are a light sleeper, I would suggest that you request a room at the back of the hotel, hopefully this would minimise the noise. * Breakfast - receptionist stated upon check in and on the documents she provided, breakfast started at 7am. We showed up for breakfast at 7am and was told breakfast started at 7:30am (confused). * On street parking near the hotel is very tight, if you are not a confident driver this might be an issue. There was a-lot of traffic on this road.

Service of staff and friendliness was really great. Breakfast offered all kind of fresh made eggs. 5 mins to walk to kotor old town. Staff helped us on ferry booking. Thanks Ivana

Fabulous location, 100 metres from old city. The room is very modern; one quirk is that the roof slopes in the en-suite, so you have to kinda lean back to urinate. Breakfast was quite good

Modern hotel in a convenient location, close to the old town. Facilities and service are somewhat impersonal. Cheaper than other accomodation options in the old town, but without their charm. Breakfast (not a buffet) is ok, but not exceptional. Being able to park in the street below the hotel is a plus.

Front desk staff was nice and very helpful. Didnt care for the room as carpeting needed cleaning and fire alarm system had a flashing bright light that went off constantly. This light was right over the bed disturbing my sleep.

The hotel is in a good location, near the city walls, near the bus station, and near a useful small supermarket. The bedroom (top floor) was quiet at night.However: the staff spoke a bit of English but not great. For example, the air-conditioning was too loud and too cold and we couldnt adjust it. BUT we decided not to ask the staff because we were worried they would misunderstand and switch it off completely! The room safe didnt work and they said they would fix it the next day - three days later, nothing had happened.Some curtains were missing so there was too much light in the room in the early morning - take an eye-mask.But these are all small things really. The staff tried to be helpful and were basically pleasant and friendly. Overall: a good choice if you can ignore some minor things.

Though the hotel is small, it is clean, well maintained and lovely. The breakfast is a la carte kind. It is freshly prepared and good.

Great hotel in Kotor. It's very close to old town and has wonderful lake views right outside your doorstep, so in my opinion even better than staying in old town. Staff are lovely and very accommodating. I'm Vegan and they made sure I was well fed for breakfast and dinner. Any issues I had were fixed immediately. Great hotel.

Lady in reception was very helpful to pick up a restaurant with good, local food inside the city walls. The room were clean and the bed was good. If you are a light sleeper there are some noice from the street below, but it didn't bother me at all. I slept well. The breakfast was excellent with a lot to offer, though it didn't start at 7 am as they told me, but 20 minutes later. However, they apologized the delay. I was in a hurry to catch an early bus so I didn't have time to enjoy the breakfast to the fulliest. The location of the hotel is good for catching an early bus.

The hotel is really well situated just a few minutes walk from the old town. The staff were helpful and pleasant, the room was very nice and breakfast was very good, particularly the omelettes.

Very hot out and they had shut the A/C off for the season. Room was very hot.

The carpets were dirty, cupboard door was off its hinges and when we informed the desk they were already aware of it, no effort to repair. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets barely covered the mattress when it was unoccupied, well narrow and short when occupied.

They were helpful with our request for a kettle and milk as we really wanted a cup of tea in our room. The whole hotel was clean and in good condition. It was located in a great position for easily walking into the old town for boat trips and dinner. Our room was at the front and the view from balcony was lovely of the mountain. Breakfast yummy. Good choice of items. Only downside was aircon didn't work properly but to be fair the reception staff were only too pleased to keep turning it on and off for us but we didn't like keep asking. I did bang my head a couple of times on the sloping roof by the bed too. Ouch. Bathroom and shower were lovely. Great stay, would recommend and would stay again if we ever went back to Montenegro. A lovely small hotel close to Kotor’s Old Town with spectacular mountain views from the balcony. Excellent breakfasts.

Great location, 500 meters from bus station, 300 from old town. Staff was friendly, room was clean. The AC was set not to go under 25 degrees, first night was miserably hot. We asked front desk and they took the thermostat block off for the rest of our stay. You might want to ask from day one.

Property location is great just a 5 minute walk to the old city. Hotel amenities are average I would say comparable to a 3 Star property not 4. Reception staff was pleasant. Restaurant staff was not friendly, breakfast was sub par, horrible coffee. Hotel has no outdoor space or a lobby.

We found the staff very helpful,The Hotel is perfectly positioned as base for all cities. Kotor is a stunning place.just watch out for travel time if flying into dubrovnic airport its at least 2 hrs drive from airport too Kotor and 2 border check points which are so slow we almost missed return flight because of queue off cars at border. Also watch out for rip off taxi,s Get hotel too book and price or agree price before you get into taxi. The best way to see the bay we found boat trips one in Budva a small 4 person boat €50 for 2 hr trip around budva bay (brill views) and the second from Tavat €12 from 9am until 6pm visting all off Kotor bay (top value for the money.
