Beautiful apartment just inside Pile Gate. Very well-appointedn with olenty of outlets, a small kitchen, and even a quality coffee machine stocked with beans! Host is attentive and very nice. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Marko was very responsive and super helpful with the valet service. We felt safe and it was in a quieter area. Would definitely stay here again.

In the heart of old town this property was well situated to all the sites. Lots of dining options a bakery and an ice cream shop just outside the door. The apartment was excellent for a family of 3 - equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Parking is not available in the area for visitors so we secured parking from our host.

Right inside the main gate and steps away from the entrance to the wall. The apartment was very nice and comfortable. The host met us at the gate, walked us to the room and parked our car. It is even nicer than the pics show. Would highly recommend.

The apartment was wonderful! I loved the ambiance of the room and the decor, and it had everything one would need. The location was great, within the walled city. Their communication was very good for checking in. I would definitely stay there again.

Inside Old Town which is really where you want to be. If you're an American lugging too much luggage you're in a for a bit of a work-out but that's probably the case with anything centrally located. Easy accessible just inside Pile Gate. Marko, which whom we coordinated, was very helpful and responsive. He provided good info on where to park temporarily while unloading and arranged a car for us on our departure date. Our room was recently renovated, super modern and very comfortable. We appreciated the mini kitchen and coffee machine; ac worked well too. No complaints whatsoever, we would definitely book again.

Great location. Nicely restored. Check in was done on own. Not enough keys available. Manager/owner knew we were going to have 3 people in second floor apartment but had to call and ask for bedding and extra towel. He did send someone to fix. But inconvenience was avoidable. Towels were old and small. No extras. Mold smell in upstairs apartment from bedding. Had to remove pillows open all windows. Did not use pillows. Which was also super inconvenvient. Towels once wet also had same mold smell.

The apartment building itself is truly a remarkable piece of architecture which was built in the 16th century. The stonework and workmanship are amazing. You feel like you are living in a castle. Inside the apartment, the design is modern and breathtaking. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. All the shops, restaurants, and attractions are less than a minute walk. The location can't be any better as it is truly located in the heart of the old city. If you are planning to drive to the city, I highly recommend you take advantage of the valet parking service offered by the host, Marko. As you may know, car is not allowed inside the old city. Marko will meet you by the city gate to pick up the car and take you to the apartment which is just a couple minutes walk. It was super convenient because parking could be a headache in Dubrovnik. Overall we were so happy about our stay and we highly recommend Apartments Eleganca. Stop looking, book it while it is still available!

So close to everything. Not noisy at all. Right on Main Street . Apartment is very nice and clean.

I was at the Oridino suite. I’ve never been to a place like this. Marko showed me the room, helped me with my luggage and was very kind. The apartment is unbelievable. The fact that you are inside a house that there more than 200 years, maybe 300, makes you feel in the medieval age and everything starts to be cool there. The main bed, in the bedroom, is comfortable, the air conditioning is perfect and there’s a huge mirror on the wall so you can enjoy the view of the rocks from anywhere you look. The bathroom is also amazing. It’s ridiculously huge, there’s a very big sink, nice amenities, the shower is very good, there a washing machine with soap to use and lots (really) of towels. The living room is huge too (everything is huge). The sofa is so much comfortable and it turns into a bed that is also very comfortable. There a TV in the middle of the room, a little kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook or just make a coffee, a table for 4 people and 2 windows that are turned to the Main Street, so you can watch people arrive, guides reuniting their groups, people taking ice cream and lots of fun through all the day, specially in the morning and at night. In my opinion, it was the most amazing experience with a apartment that I’ve ever had in my life. Never seen anything like this before. It worths every penny you spend (the only bad part is the Wi-Fi. A little bit slow, but you’ll barely use it). I can confirm that you’ll enjoy yourself at your best there.

Amazing location, incredibly friendly contacts and only minutes walk from incredible sightseeing destinations. Exactly what the pictures show on the site so it was as impressive as we expected and did not feel misled. Would 100% stay again and would happily recommend to our friends and family.

It’s hard to find updated hotels in old town and this one is not only that but spacious! Owner was great to communicate with abs organized our airport transfers. Units have washing machines for clothes as well. Literally in the center of the action!

Wow; such a great service, such clean apartment and such convenient location. We travel a lot and we have stayed at hundreds of hotels and apartments for the past 20 years; this one was so clean, so orderly, such an amazing view; that we will be coming back for sure. We whatsapped with the number provided in the hotels site and let them know half an hour before we arrived. The gentleman was waiting for us, he helped with the luggages, he provided information about the city; very helpful. Parking is right in front of the apartment and it is free. Apartment is 10 min walking distance to the sea. They have a pool where kids can enjoy, too. A plus service. I did not take a photo of the apartment but i have taken the view’s picture which i am attaching to this review.

Great location, nice and clean. Best shower we had in Croatia. Only downside we stayed on top floor and there wasn’t really a closet to hang close.

Great place for a family. Kids have to sleep out on a sofa bed but it is centrally located right in the middle of old town and an easy walk to everything.

Great place to stay overnight

We loved that the property is beautifully situated in the heart of Old Town Dubrovnik. The property was very clean and secure, and looked exactly as it did in the pictures. The property management was very responsible and helpful before and during our stay. During our stay, Aida was our point of contact. She was very helpful and polite.

Host gave me wrong Wifi Id & password. I couldn’t use Wifi. Water was flowing to toilet line all night long. I couldn’t help hearing the noise of flowing water in pipeline from the toilet. But all other things are very nice. Marko was very kind. Pick up service is very good.
