The staff was welcoming , helpful, friendly and caring. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I’m ever in the area again in the future

My stay at this location was just okay. The front desk clerk was very helpful, as well as our server during breakfast. The room was just plain and the pillows where so flat and uncomfortable.

The property is nice and it seems safe around this location.

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Jackson/Flowood 118 Laurel Park Cove, Flowood, MS, 39232 on Thursday October 12th - Sunday October 15th. On Thursday about 15 minutes after I checked into my room, I called down to the from desk because the refrigerator was not coming on. Upon further inspection I saw that it was unplugged. As I tried to plug it back up water started leaking from it. I also saw how dirty and nasty it was. I explained this to the young man and he came right up. He said that he was the only one on duty and said that I’d have to wipe up the water because house keeping was gone for your night. He said that he would leave at note for the manager to call Mr the next morning which would have been Friday 10/13. I cleaned the water up and he plugged the refrigerator up however, I didn’t use it because it was nasty and had mold it in. The next morning I went down for breakfast around 6:15 and asked to speak with the manager. I was told that she wasn’t in yet but would call me call me when she got in later. The lady also said that house keeping would be up to clean the refrigerator. I advised that I put my “do not disturb” sign on the door because I funky like people in my room while I’m out. The lady at the from said that’ll be ok and they would find while I’m in my room. I waited in my room for about 4 hours that morning no one came and the manger didn’t call.I left and stopped at the from desk yet again.

The room seemed old and worn. It had an unpleasant smell.

Lack of towels. AC was out in the fitness room. Service was below par.

It was a nice place to sleep. The water is so soft it makes the bath overly slippery. It needs some type of mat or something to help with this.

The service was SOOOO good. Staff we're pleasantly efficient. Very nice hotel.we were able to walk to restaurants and other amenities.

We have stayed at this property several times with no problems. This trip was different. The shower water was not hot. No extra sheets or blanket in the closet for the pull out. The room was muggy. There were people partying in the adjacent room ALL night. I called the desk around midnight to ask if there was something they could do. I’m not sure if they did, but it never stopped. The awful music and yelling continued to at least 3am. Again, we’ve stayed here 5 or 6 times in the last 2 years and have never had problems. Wasn’t the best visit this trip.

They sent us to 2 rooms that already had someone in them and then changed us from a 2 queen room to a king with a sleeper sofa which I never stay in.

My room still had trash in the bins. There was plaster on the floor from a hole in the ceiling. The shower leaked out into the entrance and bed area. Left with bites on feet and upper leg area.

Beautiful hotel, very nice rooms. Our only complaint is that a hotel this nice and this expensive should have complimentary breakfast.

No safe to protect valuables, rooms need new furniture, mildew stains on ceilings in bathroom, office computers not working, below average gym. Just seems like an old outdated hotel.

This was a fantastic place to stay. Very clean, friendly staff and convenient location!

Supposed to have free breakfast. Was told to pay for it and would get reimbursed?? Very unorganized and sub par. Not clean and staff wasn’t helpful. Got to room and there were no towels. Called front desk and was told to come get them if I wanted them. Room was dirty with used Kleenexes on floor. Very disappointing and won’t be back.

Enjoyed my stay, will definitely return to hotel for future stays.
