I always appreciate the friendly and efficient staff when I stay here. It was extra appreciated when they were able to accommodate my room request.
If I could change one thing it would be breakfast starting at 6am rather than 6:30am during the week.

A family emergency came up, and they were helpful in cancelling a night stay a few hours before checking in. It was a huge relief. Everyone was so nice.
Pancake machine wasn't working on Monday, thought maybe it doesn't run during the week?

During my stay, we had a family emergency that required rescue service via EMT's. I had to check out one day early and the staff was very sympathetic and worked with us and did not charge us for the last day. I also left belongings behind and they found them and I was able to get everything back. The rooms are clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. I will stay here again!!

Our room door lock broke so we were locked out of our room for 2 hours & once it was opened (by the local fire department ) we had to move to another room at 11:30pm. Then the next night our new room was double booked so we had people trying to open our door at 11:30pm (again) at night & also had a phone call from the front desk about how we were assigned that particular room. Courtney & Jason J. were very calm & helpful. Crazy-

Every single thing is good, though there should be a hot tub in the pool area plus in the shower room there should be shampoo and conditioner and body wash so that people who wants to shower down can do so! The pool should be regularly checked for water sanitary conditions! Thanks! We had. good time! We enjoyed your breakfast! Excellent

We were caught up in the IT glitch from the airport. We were grateful just to have a room, but the front staff were very empathetic to our situation. They helped us out with quarters for laundry, and combs and other essentials that we did not have. The rooms were extremely clean and the up front staff was amazing.

Was a great stay! Only downfall was the ice machines could not keep up with demand. Comfotable beds, typical breakfast options, hot coffee, pool was entertaining for the kids. Would definitely stay again!

Staff was pleasant, the hotel was clean, breakfast was good and they have free parking which is getting hard to find as more and more hotels are charging for parking now.

It was our first stay at this motel and we were impressed at the cleanliness, the condition and the comfort (bed & pillows) were very good for us. The only negatives were the bathroom door had a loud squeak and the corner hanging light didn't work. The staff was friendly and all smiles. Easy parking. A good value for us and we'll use this location again in the future.

The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly. The shade was broken in our room so no view. The breakfast was disappointing. Packaged eggs that tasted off, so we just ate cereal. The cinnamon rolls are delicious though.

My initial room was near an exit door. The door slams shut when closing. The thing that slows the door down is missing. I called the front desk person, Courtney, around 10:30pm telling her that I really needed another room in order to sleep. She was very helpful and immediately found another room for me knowing she couldn't call maintenance at that hour. I packed up and moved rooms. Kudos to Courtney!
