Staff - 10/10. ALL the staff were helpful, polite and professional. Berta on the front desk worthy of a mention for her great assistance.
Hotel - 10/10. Perfect location. Beautiful inside. Complimentary tea/coffee station was great. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if we’re ever back in Budapest.

The staff at this hotel is outstanding! They are professional, helpful, and friendly. Checking-in and checking-out was fast and efficient. The location was great for us. We walked everywhere and, since the hotel is centrally located, it made our sight seeing convenient. There is also a breakfast that, for us, was included in our booking. It’s real food and a wide selection. They even have sparkling wine available! If we were to return to Budapest, we will book our room at this property.

Probably the best hotel stay we have had, regarding the level of service. The front desk was amazing and helped us to navigate the city. They checked in with us frequently regarding our comfort. The location was perfect and was easy walking distance to many attractions.

We were in room 515, a lovely quiet, clean room with a good side view of St Stephen's Basilica - which looked great lit up at night.
It was a great location, we walked everywhere we wanted to visit. Lots of Christmas Markets, Parliament buildings and over the river to Buda.

From check in to check out we were made to feel special by the hotel staff. A bottle of wine was in our room on arrival and a bottle of bubbles the day after to help celebrate my birthday. Our top floor room was spacious, clean and modern. The mini bar was well stocked and responsibly priced. The only changes I would have made would be bigger bath towels and a king size duvet rather than two smaller ones as I like to snuggle with my partner under the duvet at night. There was a good selection on offer at breakfast and the staff worked hard to replenish it and clear tables. It was very busy but this is to be expected at peak times as we didn’t get up very early because we were enjoying our beautiful room too much. Thanks for making our visit so memorable!

This hotel is in a great location, not very busy but convenient to reach restaurants and transport.
The room was clean, comfortable and quiet.
Staff are friendly and welcoming.
The only reason I have 4 stars and not 5 is because to have an evening drink you have to go into the attached restaurant where most people are eating, because there is no hotel bar. I would stay again and recommend.

We had a delightful stay at the hotel moments. The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was wonderful and they have a coffee machine in the lobby that makes all different kinds of coffee plus hot chocolate. It is available 24 seven for gas. I would highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely stay there again the next time we visit.

Everything you want and need in a hotel—great location walking distance to most tourist sites, and right by hop on hop off and metro. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and they even gave us early check in and later check out. Breakfast was variety and delicious. Coffee and tea in the lobby area. We enjoyed our free bottle of wine from hotels.com in the lobby too! Rooms were clean and modern. Size was typical of Europe. Only thing personally for me beds were too hard, but everything else made up for it. I would stay again.

Initially, there is a problem with the first room, but they did switch me to the nicest room in the hotel, and the manager very graciously organized a free ride to the airport for my trouble.

Do yourself a favour, and book your stay at Hotel Moments Budapest. One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in for an absolutely amazing price. Incredible breakfast, surrounded by high end shops, amazing staff, extremely close to a tour bus stop. A stay in Budapest without Hotel Moments just doesn’t make sense!!

It’s a beautiful historic but modern hotel in a great downtown location of Budapest. Staff are friendly and professional. Room was beautiful, clean and modern. And the breakfast was outstanding with fresh and healthy food.

Wonderful stay. The service was excellent (especially compared with the lack of it around Budapest). Loved the soundproof rooms - heard not a peep from our neighbors. Breakfast was very good amd front desk very helpful.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Exceptional service ! We had 2 rooms - one was more spacious with a shower whilst the other was small but had a bath, so maybe check in advance depending on your preferences. Good breakfast and really helpful to Hve the Zenobia restaurant attached to the hotel.

We had a great stay at Hotel Moments Budapest.It's located in the heart of the city and is close to a subway station and a bus station. There are plenty of restaurants and shop nearby. The hotel room is clean and big. The breakfast was delicious.
We arrived early at the hotel, but we could not check in early. After 14:00 we came back to check it.

Beautiful hotel excellent breakfast!! Perfect location , will definitely come back . Only complaint was beds were rock hard , I woke up with sore back the mattress was way to firm and flat pillows .

Beautiful hotel with great breakfast and many amenities! It was a residential building with an inner courtyard which has been covered. Some original elements were preserved. Very good service and friendly staff. Well kept property. On a very high end shopping street and very close to many sites. Their Lebanese restaurant was excellent. I would stay here again.
