It's a good stay for we were just there over night . Come in for a birthday Party, eat the good breakfast and pack and leave. No Pool or spa or fitness area was even seen there. So for me the price could have been lower per night. It is just a stay and leave place. The food was good for breakfast. The door beeps for security if not pushed up right and the room had fridge and microwave and TV. So if you are not looking for a family staycation in an inn just a place to rest your head after events in town then this is the place for you

It was fisgusting with NUMEROUS safety issues! I do not know HOW this motel has excellent reviews! We left within hours of check in!

The one thing that was important to me was the security of my motorcycle. The parking lot is well lit and next door to a bank. I was able to park right in front of my room.
Others have said that its not clean, but it is. Its old, but for the price its hard to beat. I needed a place fast and on my route, this was perfect. I would stay again.

The room need a try deep cleaning in the corners and round the tub. Maybe invest into some new sheets, shower curtains.

This was excellent for the price. I wasn't expecting anything fancy, and didn't get disappointed with a room that was in bad repair. Slept very comfortably in a quiet room all night, and I walked into the office and saw a hot breakfast waiting on me.
If there's one suggestion I could make to the proprietor, it would be to make sure to put bed bug covers on all your mattresses. I didn't see a problem, but they can go a long way to preventing costly bed bug services.

This was a very modern room that looked like it had recently been renovated. It was very clean and we felt safe staying here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty basic but the area was spotless. Overall a great experience.

Rooms look just like the pictures. The room was nice, clean and affordable and has mini fridge and microwave in it. Breakfast could be better. Addition of an iron would be great. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was very clean and updated! We enjoyed our stay. Staff was nice. The only tiny thing I would have liked was a hairdryer in the room, but we would for sure stay here again!

Really enjoyed staying here. The room looked just like the pictures, and I find that the bed was comfortable. The bed did make noise & my husband stated that his back was stiff. The bed didn’t bother me, I slept great. The only reason I’m taking away a star is cause of what my husband said. I personally would stay here again. Checking in was fast & friendly from staff. Check out quick & easy.

Friendly staff not afraid to engage their customers and give them the best service within their budget. It seems kinda sketchy from the outside but once you walk in the lobby or your room its nice, looks clean, and refreshing. The only issues that it is somewhat hard to get into due to it being on a hill and you have to cut through an interesction or go all the way around

As soon as I walked in the room, it smelled clean. Bed was very comfortable. 2 drawbacks: Towels too small and the room lighting was rather dim. Breakfast was good.

This hotel is very good for a person or family that do not wish to spend a lot of money but still get the comfort and cleanliness of a 5 star hotel. I will most definitely stay there again on my next visit to the great and historical city of Natchez.

Everything about the place was fine. The room was clean and had been remodeled. The breakfast was exceptional. A real hot breakfast with all the trimmings. After ten days on the road, this was the best breakfast.

Who ever runs this place cares about it… it shows.

This was best inn we have stayed at so far. Rooms were remodeled. I stated that a grab bar is needed in the bath tub area.The best breakfast we have ever had. It has a hands free pancake maker, grits, sausage, biscuit & gravy, also yogurt, cereals & coffee or tea. It's not far from downtown Natchez.
