Minor maintenance issues in the room Nothing to spoil or effect our stay

Our stay was excellent! Clean and spacious room with comfortable bed. Breakfast selection was great. Located in a safe area, just off the freeway, with plenty of dining options nearby.

Very noisy and not so clean hotel. We are neat senior adults who needed a room with kitchenette for 8 days. After 3 days I had to ask to have room cleaned. The trash was starting to smell and we needed fresh towels and the bathroom cleaned - the normal services one would expect at a hotel. Nothing was done. I spoke to the front desk staff the next day and was told they would clean our room right away. After waiting in the lobby for 2 hours, I returned to my room and found NOTHING had been done. This time I spoke to the manager and her solution was to move us to a clean room. We had the pack up all of our belongings, including food in refrigerator and move to another floor at 7pm after a busy, tiring day. No assistance was offered during the move.
Not at all what we expected from the Hilton chain.
Will never use Hilton again.

It was a quiet and relaxing room. I enjoyed the quick elevator as I was on the top/4th floor by request. Parking was ample. Staff was friendly and attentive. It was a great stay.

Room was very large. Several spider webs in different places as if this room has not had some deep cleaning along with dirty carpet. Breakfast items were just ok. I guess I expected more for the amount I paid.

Staff is super nice. They go above and behind. It is a very family friendly place. We loved being to all gather for breakfast and the best part of our day was gathering around their little outside fire pit in the evening to decompress before going to bed

Really good breakfast and amenities. The room was quiet and comfortable and we really liked the blackout shades for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was not as clean as it could be and looked like it could use an update. The couch was also in poor shape relative to the rest of the room. All in all we had a good stay.

Had a great stay at this hotel. We were there for a very quick stayt so didn't get to take advantage of a lot of the amenities like the pool or free breakfast but the room was great. Very large with some nice touches like a full kitchen and even a divider that could be pulled across to separate the living room from the bed. Nice if someone wanted to watch TV or read while the other person was sleeping. Will definitely stay here again if we have the chance. Dining options are some of the best in Denver right across the street. Hashtag for breakfast is a must.

Staycation with family was relaxing. Comfortable bed, attentive staff, and great location. The only thing that needs a bit of attention is plumbing and furnishings. The television is dated without functioning HD and the couch cushions have seen better days. The privacy curtain was a nice feature for sleeping and tv room separation. Overall a recommended place to stay and we will return.

Pretty from the outside. Overall room maintenance is lacking. Sofa cushions torn with foam exposed. No way that’s clean. Cabinet handles fell off when using them. Desk chair stained. Bathroom floor sticky post room cleaning.

We were so tired from driving when we finally got to the room it was so nasty, the smell of smoke, torn couch, stained floor. We asked to be moved. The next room was a little better but we were so uncomfortable but had no choice but to stay because of how late it was.

The sofa mattress is really horrible and will not allow for any sleep. Hair in the shower before anyone even got in it. General feeling of uncleanliness. Front desk staff was great and breakfast seemed to be a good selection as well.

Overall the stay was good. We didn't have any bath towels upon arrival, but the front desk provided them when requested. We also stayed while the parking lot was being repaved so there was a lot of early morning noise from that. The room was comfortable and the suite had everything we needed for our family of five. The breakfast was good.
