The light on the balcony was directly in front of my window causing the room to be laminated all night because the light shines around the perimeter of the curtains, the blind in the bathroom was stuck 12 inches up and there was no way to lower the blind. NO TV stations to choose from, had fake news MSNBC, SpongeBob, and some cowboy show, no local stations at all so I was unable to catch any college football games. I tried to add a photo but permissions were denied.

Great location. Off season. Front desk only there 9 am - 2 pm. Pool only open when Front desk is open. Also the ice machine was in the pool area. Clean and renovated going on. Perfect for a quick get away.

Great location for visiting area. Rooms were old and a bit dated. Cleaning was average, bed was clean but there were long black hairs left in the bathroom and the mirror was filthy. Rooms were not serviced unless requested early doors. It did a job if you just want somewhere to sleep.

Very quaint little motor inn; room was nicely decorated and clean. A/C worked very well; although it should be noted that it’s a window unit so it’s pretty noisy. Easy to park and the location is right on Main Street.

TV did not work. Offered to switch us. When we arrived in new room it was much more cramped. They offered to move us back to the TV less room, we could not be bothered to switch again. The swimming pool was nice but the changing room/ rest room was terrible. Nowhere to sit down and change, really not fit for purpose. The room and swimming pool were very clean, but the insufficient changing room was the biggest drawback.

Stayed here for two nights on a last minute trip and it was great. Great location on main st, close to many stores and restaurants. Everything is walking distance. My only complaint was that it was a little noisy. The room above was a little noisy so if you can manage a room on the second floor it would be a lot better. Overall the rooms were clean and well worth what I paid!

Loved this little property for my trip! Clean and well-kept! Did not require any room cleaning or assistance from staff as my stay was short! Great location and would absolutely stay again!

A cute property right in the Heart of Hyannis. Walk to everything! Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We will absolutely stay there again when we are in the area.

Check in was easy, parking was good. Room was spacious. Perfect location for what we wanted to visit and see. Main St in Hyannis is a great spot with shops and restaurants, and Hyannis Inn was right in the middle of it all.

They have done an excellent job of updating an old motor lodge. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable and it was relatively quiet, even though it’s located right in the heart of town. The pool area is especially comfortable and it’s open late. Blackout curtains would be a major improvement, especially in rooms with ceiling lights right outside.

When I checked in the desk attendant asked if I was alone. I told him no my wife was in the car. He said that that might be a problem as you have a "petite" room. I told him I never heard of such a thing.
It was the smallest hotel room I have ever been in. A bed that we could not fit into comfortably. A tub that only a small child could fit in. Now lets talk security. The door had two locks. A deadbolt and a regular knob lock. The two keys they gave me, yes they still use keys, nether one worked the deadbolt so we couldn't secure the door properly when we went out. When I brought that up to the manager his response was ""we don't use the deadbolts".
The picture on the web site are not a true reflection of the room.
I would highly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Great Main St. Hyannis location. Restaurants and shops easily walkable. Our room was better than expected, for what we paid. Not fantastic, but good, for this price range on the Cape. Because of the MA heatwave, the indoor (only) pool was very warm. Staff seemed bored.

The location was great! Walking distance to Ferry port, shops and restaurants. It is an older place that has had a facelift so had everything you need in a room. It is not fancy but very clean with helpful and friendly staff. The indoor pool was amazing. If you are looking for all the fore mentioned items at a great price this is your place. If you are looking for fancy frills for a special occasion you may want to look somewhere else. We definitely recommend this place and would stay again. Free parking and they let us park the am of check in for free when we spent the day on Nantucket and came back to the hotel for the night. Such an easy and stress free 24 hours. Totally happy with our stay and accommodation!
