Great breakfast staff and room

It's my first time rating the excellence of a place.

The staff were very accommodating to our travel arrival restrictions. They helped us with arranging transportation to and from international airport. Room was clean, property was beautiful, the breakfast on offer was filling and tasty.

Great place and service! Highly recommend.

The property is clean, beautiful and well kept. The staff are attentive, though communication was a slight challenge with my poor spanish speaking ability. Overall really nice people there though and we made it work. Its a little bit of a walk to the town center--about 15 minutes, but this made the property really quiet, which was nice. Having AC was a huge plus. And the garden was really gorgeous. Breakfast was included and was very good. It has a rooftop but no real hangout area up there. Still cool to be able to view the city though. The front desk arranged a safe ride to the airport for a reasonable price--about $35 USD. Would recommend

This hotel is amazing! It’s only a 10-15 minute walk from the main plaza. The area is nice and quiet. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the price is a lot cheaper than staying closer to the plaza. The courtyard is stunningly beautiful with all the plants and flowers. I have never seen anything like it. The rooms are very spacious and clean. There is a rooftop where you get a beautiful view of the city and the volcanoes. Don’t think about it twice and book it!

Service from this property is top notch. Staff is so friendly and kind. Free breakfast is included. I was able to check in early and they held my luggage after check out and allowed me to stay on the property until my shuttle came later in the day. Internet was extremely slow in my room. The area can also be a little sketchy. I was ok leaving the hotel during the day when it was light out but I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking in that area at night. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to the Central square park.

First off, the property is absolutely beautiful. However, there is nothing at this hotel. No restaurant or bar. Breakfast was ok but you only have the choice of one thing. It is about a half mile to the town, but on those streets it seems farther. There is nothing (but a sourdough baker which was good) around. This wasn't the only hotel I stayed at in Antigua so I can compare and there was no comparison. I had to ask to have my trash taken out (which is awful when you cannot flush toilet paper in the toilet). I also had to request for a clean towel and when I asked for a glass of ice the person acted really put out. The saving grace was Caesar, the front desk clerk, who helped us when needed. Sorry, I wanted to love this place.

The hotel has potential to be a great place but it has no amenities at all. Unfriendly staff . Has a great court yard but is useless. There is no place to rest and enjoy the beautiful nature

The only thing I would add is, the room needs a phone to be able to connect with the front desk.

Amazing free breakfast. Helpful people. Musty smell in the rooms and small bathrooms. But nice beds.

El hotel esta muy bonito, tiene un jardin hermoso, las habitaciones son amplias y limpias. Tienen cafe las 24 horas y esta delicioso, el desayuno es sencillo pero muy rico. Lo unico que no nos gusto es que la television de nuestra habitacion no servia y la habitacion es muy oscura. Pero en general es un excelente hotel para descansar en Antigua, totalmente recomendado.

Nice place with very friendly staff. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Hotel is on a quiet street so no traffic noise. It is about a 5 to 10 minutr walk to the centre of town.

I ended up getting I’ll with food poisoning (not from hotel) but the staff were so sweet and helpful, bring me tea and soup and doing laundry. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Breakfast was great. I would definitely return. It’s about 4 blocks from the main square so it’s quiet, but oh my the garden was spectacular.

This hotel was exactly as advertised. Birds singing in the serene courtyard greeted us every morning as we came out of our room. The staff was very helpful in getting us on a tour to Lake Atitlan and transportation to the airport. Our room was clean and comfortable. Easy walking access to the main parts of the city. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The center garden/atrium of the hotel is absolutely beautiful. Breakfast is served there and the food was fresh and good. The staff was very helpful, room was comfortable, overall highly recommend!

After reading the reviews and looking at some of the pics I decided to make the reservation for a night in Antigua. When I got there it was so amazing. Adrian greeted with a smile and was a very nice host. He even provided a few tour recommendations. He is an amazing valuable employee to the hotel.

Great Hotel the breakfast is great and the people they always try their best to help you. Special thanks for Mr Adrian Gonzales he is the best, great person always do the xtra mile to help you an any way posible, if you have any questions about any place in antigua he is the right person to ask great guy.
