The location was amazing and nice amenities to the room. There was not good information provided about having to take out your own recycle and garbage at check out. For the price we paid, that should have been included service.

I didnt expect much but it was outstanding! The room condition was great, the pool was small but enough for our family to enjoy. Loved everything there. Thank you for the mug you gave us when we checked out, too:)

Nice place to stay with family and apartment was fine. Friendly hotel staff and good location.

This was a last minute booking. My room was even better than it appeared on the website. I had a view of the mountains and of trees. There were good places to have coffee and meals nearby.

You should check very carefully what kind of room you're reserving. My friends and I booked 2 apartments, and as it turned out when we arrived - the apartments are a separate part of the hotel. It's a different building and you don't get the hotel perks - daily house cleaning, amenities, etc. Expedia said nothing about it (in fact, daily housecleaning was mentioned as one of the room perks!). On top of that, our reservation included 2 identical rooms, and yet our rooms weren't close. In face, we were separated into 2 different buildings. The rooms themselves were completely different, with no uniform standard. For example - my room had 2 bathrooms and my friends' room had only one. I had a balcony and they didn't. and so on... Again, we reserved the same room type! So you can't know what you're about to get. Regarding the hotel facilities - Entrance to the pool should be reserved in advance. The hotel restaurant is very expensive and has a small selection. All in all - I do not recommend.

Everyone who worked there was a delight, especially the bartender who really made us feel at home. Great location. The pool reservation system is a bit annoying and the pool could be warmer.

Beautiful apartment, comfortable facilities, proximity to so much in town and hiking nearby. Great art exhibit nearby. We love the apartment look and feel, the pool is amazing, breakfast was wonderful. Parking very close.

The place is great. The staff is very helpful. The apartment is a little outdated and the hotel itself is a maze of halls. Breakfast was OK, but I wish they had some/any vegan options.

Rooms are apartment style which was really nice. There is a full kitchen and we had 2 separate bedrooms. Parking was ample. My only complaint is that there are 2 buildings. We were not in the one with the lobby so the 2nd building does not exit on to the main street. You exited behind the building and had to go up a few flights of stairs outside and go out a locked gait. The key card to unlock the gait took many attempts each time which was annoying because it was raining. Also. returning to the facilities after sunset fet a little hazardous. The area is extremely dark and there was little lighting. Staff in lobby was friendly.

I had a much better experience the year before. Just my bad luck I ended up in a room next to the elevator with lot of loud drunk guests returning to their room early in the morning disturbing my sleep. The property was OK

Property itself was much nicer and newer than I had thought. Actually much nicer than pics. Must have been largely renovated. It's located at the heart of Val Gardena and chairs/gondola are walking distance from the property. The town is pretty and has tons of good eats and shopping. I highly recommend this property and will definitely visit again!

Spent one night in a spacious apartment that seemed newly renovated. Free parking and great central location. Did not try the breakfast buffet (€12). Very satisfied - this was my second stay here!

We had breakfast most mornings for 15 euros a day which was very good with a good selection on offer. Also unlimited buffet offer so very good value all in all. About 100m to the Campionoi lift but there are lockers at the lift if you don't want to walk up and down every day with skis and boots. We didn't use it so not sure how much that was but I think it was about 10 euros a day with room for more than one set of skis and boots. I didn't have any issue with carrying my gear every day though and the locker rooms in the apartments were big so it wasn't cramped in there at all.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff was professional and friendly, breakfast was delicious, location was perfect. Only issue was noise coming from the bell tower right behind the room we stayed. However, it was during the day only.

The position was great. Not as clean as it should have been. Hair on pillows and bathroom rubbish not removed before we arrived. No dishwasher products. No coffee tea etc. in fact basics of when you stay at a property like this we’re not provided. This made the property one we would probably not recommend.

I would not recommend staying here. It’s not horrible but there is definitely better for you money. Service was subpar, not once was my room cleaned or was I given clean towels even after request via phone. Room/Amenities were nice but overall I can’t recommend.

This time I had a one-bedroom with my husband. The room was great, except for the bathroom. The tiny shower (normal for Italy, but much smaller than the other room) couldn’t maintain a consistent temperature. It would go hot and cold every few seconds- not ideal for cleaning up after a day of adventuring. I told the front desk and they didn’t seem too concerned about fixing it or helping in any way.
