They called us and canceled our reservation one hour before arrival! They were absolutely awful to me and my family and told us too bad we’re out of luck because they overbooked. Do not stay here! We couldn’t believe we showed up and they just booted us like that. We also booked our reservation 7 months in advanced so there’s no reason they could have “over booked”. Ive never had such a bad experience with a hotel… I’m posting a picture of proof of reservation as well.

breakfast was a disappointment. staff at breakfast basically ignored guests-had to hunt him down to request Cappuccino, which was horrible-worst coffee in Italy. very poor experience.

Beautiful hotel, great location, really friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms, comfy beds, excellent breakfast. Valley bus service gets you about reasonably easily and is free with the guest card

The room needs some hooks! There is a lack of space (outside the wardrobe) to hang anything. This is especially rather surprising for a ski hotel

All the staff were super friendly. We had the most amazing dinner there! The attention to detail was outstanding in all aspects of the hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

cool arrival not very large rooms, given the price small sauna, not very well equipped fresh fruit at breakfast

Clean, close to a lift which avoided going to main lifts in Selva, helpful staff when asked.

Wasn’t good vfm as there are limited additional facilities for the price
