We had a great stay. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good value. Pool was clean. Room was small but had everything we needed including A/C, well-stocked fridge and comfortable bed. We had some minor leakage with the rain and the exterior bugs were pesky, but other than that we had a great stay.

This hotel is very well managed. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The included breakfast was the best in town. The location was perfect just close enough to the busy nightlife via bike but far enough away to have a peaceful night sleep. I would highly recommend Gili Palm Resort.

Room was big enough for two, a slight squeeze for three. Staff were friendly. Facilities were clean. Location was great for the very short walk to the main strip, the walk down the dark alley wasnt great at night.

Perfectly situated hotel with fantastic staff and rooms that’s are ideal and big. rooms cleaned daily and the best mini bar I’ve ever had (stocked with everything and reasonably priced). The pool area is lovely and quiet which is unusual for Gili T. The whole place was amazing value for money.

It was a pleasant and clean hotel. Overall good experience. My favourite part of the hotel was the cats that live there. There was a good size swimming pool and free breakfast.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. Only 2 bad points was the cats in the kitchen area and our room had a door leading to the next room so we could hear everything. The shower was outside but in the day it was roasting hot and the sun would be directly on you and the barroom area got full of water when showering. Very clean though and excellent customer service from the staff

Gili Palms is about a km north of the main noisy party area of Gili Trawangan, so it was nice to be in a quiet area at night. Great place! I will stay here again when I visit.

Nice hotel, ok location, nice pool.

A bit away from the bar street, quiet. It's a simple hotel, not that fancy but with a nice pool. Open air bathroom. The locks wasn't really safe.

Felt very cared for. All the staff were kind and fun to be with. The pool was refreshing, and the lush plants provided shade and privacy. The beds were comfortable and so was the chaise-lounge in front of the unit, which had its own fan. Everything was clean and well-maintained. I t was more than a hotel. It was more like a family home. It was also interesting to meet families and single people from various parts of the world in the pool area and the breakfast tables. Would highly recommend this place, and hope to go back there.

Service was excellent as was the location, about 100 meters of the main street which meant it was really chilled.

Staff were really friendly and couldnt do enough for you. Even let me borrow a mobile to make a call. Room was spotless and was far enough away from the bars and mosque so was quiet.

A friend was celebrating his birthday, and had stayed here previously, so i did not compare it with other hotels. Firstly I want state that communication with the hotel, and Memet, was brilliant. His responses to queries were very quick. We walked from the jetty to Gili Palms. Did not take long and gave us a chance to see what was around. Dont let the laneway to the hotel scare you. Its worth it. Our twin room was huge. They all have open air bathrooms which was really lovely (even for this non-camper!) Water was not overly hot, but that did not really matter. We had no trouble using the WIFI. Did not even turn on the TV. I found the mini bar prices to be competitive with local stores (if not better!). The free breakfast was enough to start your day. You had a range of choices. I found it to be of similar quality to that from the accommodation we had on the mainland. The swimming pool was lovely. Big enough to share with the other guests whilst still maintaining quite a comfortable personable feel. It is salt water, and does warm up during the day. There were some 'floaties' in the water, but put these down to the trees etc around the pool. The resort is also a good distance from the mosques so you do not hear the early morning prayers, thankfully. Mini Golf across the road will all sorts of activities. Resort also lent our group snorkels etc for free. Bike hire available too. Make sure you say hi to Ruby - a lovely english lady who is currently living the dream

although there was a mix up with our reservation, the management went to great effort to help us as much as they could. they were so helpful, the mistake was forgotten. although not beachfront, it is only 1/2 mins walk to the oceanfront. great chilled out bars and awesome swimming/snorkelling in this area. also great food and super relaxed atmosphere. complimentary masks and snorkels are also available to borrow from Gilli Palms

Loved the quiet, v comfortable and well appointed room, small pool, extremely clean. 5 out of 5 for staff attitude . Mehmet the manager very switched on and helpful. 100 m to the beach, 10-12 mins walk to the harbour (5 mins by bike) . Top place
