I have mixed feelings for this stay. Its price is very competitive but because you share toilet and shower with others, I can understand why others say it is not a hotel but hostel. Normally, in other countries like UK, they will explicitly say they are hostels, unless it’s like in the mountains or something. In Paris, no, and this is not only F1 does it. I will agree that you either name yourself hostel, or spell clearly in the title of the room, like Tandem Room with Shared Toilet and Shower. People won’t feel cheated then. It’s indeed not easy to spot you have to share toilet and shower with others. I am ok though, the toilet and the shower are relatively clean. I have towels too. In fact the room size is big enough for a private shower and toilet. You can look at how hotels in Japan do - you can in fact be qualified as a true hotel. The space is there and it’s not fully utilized.
I would have given it 4 stars if the room doesn’t smell smoky or cigarette. It’s not severe, after I woke up I couldn’t smell it. It might not the hostel’s fault too. But since I can smell it, I give it 3 stars.

It was clean and cozy! I recommend for people who need an affordable hotel nearby the airport or the fair at the parc des expositions.
It was perfect for one person to stay but way too small for two people. There is soap in the bathroom but doesn’t indicate if it’s shampoo or body wash. You can buy them at the hotel. I found one bug in the bathroom just before I leave the hotel but the hotel was clean and no bedbugs. There is no restaurant nearby but you can order food and eat at the hotel or there are restaurants at the Novotel

The bathroom and showers are shared between everyone on the floor with you and there is absolutely nothing around this place. You get a very small room with a large window overlooking a parking lot and the breakfast you pay ahead for is nothing but different breads and jams

Very small room, but great that some rooms have private bathrooms. There is a restaurant just besides. Noisy when the planes are taking off in the direction of the hotel. Friendly staff.

Minimalistic and ideal for a quick, cheap one night stay close to the airport. The bus stop is 2 minutes away from the hotel and bus drivers are amazingly helpful.
Receptionist was trying to push us into purchasing the shuttle service even though we specifically asked whether we can purchase the bus ticket for local transportation from a driver. He insisted we must take the shuttle bus offered by the hotel because there is no other option - strange, maybe just a language barrier , we do not speak french.

Fair price, still not a nice place to spend more than one night. It's a combination of Hotel type and hotel outside the airport. A shuttle is advertised as means to get in and to CDG airport, but it's misleading because you can't get the shuttle unless you book in advance. Drivers may be nice and accept travellers with no booking, but it's risky. I do not recommend this hotel for transit through CDG.

I booked for a twin bed room and they grave me a one double bed, and they say i was wrong, butnu wasn't ñ, si.my 7 years old Daughter slept on the floor cause we don't sleep together, there were a diference ok the prrice but they didn't refund me.anything.

My stay was awful and terrible. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, not even my enemies.
1. I booked a room with sanitary included but I got a room with public toilet and bathroom instead.
2. Personnel is lazy like the man didn't want to help solving the issue. I gotta call Expedia customer service.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. The ONLY thing that was good was that the reception was open when we got there. The staff was extremly rude and there was no transfer during the day. They also wanted us to pay extra for both the transfer and to leave our bags here for one hour. There was also a shared bathroom with no sink! The sink was located in our room but there was no soap to even wash our hands. We also only got one towel even though we had a booking for 2 people. The cleaninglady also came in our room while we were sleeping. No airconditioning and you could hear EVERYTHING both from inside the hotel and outside. Most uncomfortable bed I ever slept in, almost better to sleep on the floor. The pillows were also really bad. The room was hot and humid. Spend alittle extra on a better hotel!

Very convenient for a layover for a next morning flight. Clean but rooms are tiny. The profile on Expedia was misleading regarding air transfer. You do this on your own. There is no hotel shuttle. When I called Expedia about this they were clueless and couldn't give me concise information. I tried calling the hotel several times but never got through until my arrival. I went back and forth with Expedia and the hotel to get information on air transfer. It was a very confusing situation.

Pros: Check in and check out were super fast and easy. Desk staff was friendly. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable.
Cons: I don't know how I overlooked the fact that the shower and toilets are outside of the room when I booked this hotel, but I did, and I was unpleasantly surprised by this arrangement. No towels, washcloths, or shampoo/conditioner available (fortunately I had a beach towel with me that I could use). Cleaning lady woke me up in the morning by knocking on my door and barging in on me while I was still asleep. I was also wearing a nightgown and accidentally flashed her when I tried to get out of bed, which was mortifying for both of us. I have no idea why they would come in to clean a room while the guest was still there and not due to check out for another 3 hours. Breakfast was extremely bland and not at all worth the extra fee; apple juice was empty.
I should have just stayed at a hostel instead of this "hotel." It would have been an identical experience for a lower price.

Near airport but airport to hotel shuttle was not reliable as it did not show up and quite frankly was hard to locate. However shuttle from hotel to airport was fine. Location itself is super far, so be ready to take public transportation for an hour to get to the city, Disney or anywhere else really. Public transportation times are not always on time either. Hotel room was clean. It was noted we had to bring our own towels or rent one, but it would have been nice if the room provided hand soap (since there was a sink in the room) and also some tissue paper. Other than that, the room itself was kept very clean. Hotel phone number hdidn't work, and do not bother emailing as no one will reply. But thankfully there is someone at receptionist 24/7 even for late check ins. The receptionist was kind and helpful.

What I like about F1 is that they are selling a room stay and everything else is optional. I guess I take things for granted that a towel and attached bathroom is part of a hotel stay experience. Getting from airport to hotel is not easy as French is not my native tongue but after a couple of trial and error, I managed to get it right. Not recommended for people in a hurry, family or romantic getaway.
